===== Reception =====

As with all of Cobra's art, viewers engaged with it in a generally humorous context that wasn't Cobra's intention. However, Blunt Wraps & Cobra Coils is largely regarded by fans to be Cobra's best album.

In Blunt Wraps & Cobra Coils, Josh chose to use premade beats rather than playing the instrumentals himself. This is probably a big contributing factor to the comparatively more coherent sound of this album versus previous ones. Blunt Wraps & Cobra Coils also marked Josh's first foray into the rap genre. While his skill as a rapper is naturally not great, this genre allowed Josh to write his lyrics more flexibly.
