The **Casper Police Department** is a longtime foe of Josh Saunders. Since the days of the South Center Age, Josh has had his heels dogged by the hounds of justice in ways only a mentally stunted goth dude could possibly be, and their presence features heavily through Josh's life. It's okay though - According to Josh, the Casper PD are //big// fans of his videos.

==== Pulled over ====

Josh's first scrape with the law happens during [[sagas:The Couch Chris Saga]] when Josh would be put over a barrel - [[characters:Couch Chris|Chris]] was in no condition to drive, and Josh needed to pay rent and buy(of all things) a stick of butter. Loading himself into Chris' van, Josh's questionable mental faculties resulted in his erratic driving, which in turn lead to him nearly sideswiping a police officer. The officer in question directed him to the side of the road, where he then further had to instruct Josh in how to actually park the van. Josh would get clipped with a fine for driving without a license, which he would eventually pay off the fee during [[sagas:The Stephanie Saga]].

==== Wellness Check #1 ====

During [[sagas:The Wandmaker Saga]], Josh would get unbelievably drunk and become violently suicidal during a livestream. As Josh's mental state was of questionable stability, an aspiring fan/troll would call in a wellness check on Josh.

==== SWATted ====

A troll decided to take his antics to the next level by calling in a fake murder threat to police at Josh's address - This would result in Josh getting swatted live on stream, much to the horror of everyone involved. The violent actions that transpired cut deep into Josh's psyche, and would leave a lasting effect on how Josh viewed his trolls into the future.

==== Arrested / Anticitizen Saunders ====

During turbulent times of the literal [[incidents:cobra_gets_arrested|night before Christmas]], an attempt at father and son bonding ended up in a disaster. At some point, Clint seemingly lost control over the bog boy, who proceeded to get piss-ass drunk at the back seat of Clint's car, and ended up being beyond cooperative, making drunken threats and basically going feral. Instead of a dog catcher, Casper police was called, and Clint used this opportunity to just leave the scene. 

Since the police are big fans of his, Jorp was offered the opportunity to either go to hospital, a homeless shelter, or spend night in jail for being <del>drunk and disorderly</del> gothic rockstar. He chose to experience the best prison system in the world. It needs to be said that it was Josh who chose the jail over freedom, like a true <del>rebel</del> retard, and not the police, who are, as previously stated, big fans of his.

==== aNAL incident / Exodus from bog den 2.0 ====

Jessica's second visit on [[https://kingcobrawiki.org/incidents:ruined_birthday_s#rd_birthday_disastermarch_26_2024|the boy's 33rd birthday]] marked the end of the second Cobra's lair. The bog hag caused so much trouble, ranging from aggressively arguing with police (they are fans, otherwise, they would just tase the vile creature) to pestering neighbors, resulting in swift cancellation of Cobra's lease, and starting the [[sagas:the_trailer_saga|new saga]].
