So I'm back at you with another cooking video. I went and got some groceries from Albertsons. And, um... Well, I have the ingredients necessary to make a delicious bacon cheese burger stuffed pizza. Ah. Now, if you're making stuff crust pizza, it's much easier just to take like mozzarella string cheese and then roll the crust on top of it. That way you don't have to form it by hand with the shredded cheese. But when I was at the store I knew I seemed to have spaced grabbing some string cheese so that's all right. We'll make it work. Also for tonight's menu we also have a delicious brand newnew drink combination for you all Now this drink combination is definitely not for kids. This is an adult beverage. with but I wouldn't really yeah of course no one me is probably to be some form of monster mixed with some form of alcohol right yeah well I wouldn't I wouldn't give little kids monster that's just messed up like kids are already hyper enough they don't need all that caffeine and sugar on top of it no but um I got a drink drink combination coming your way and some dank caffeine and sugar on top of it. No. But, um, in the bacon. So, yeah. Get some bacon and some burger cooked up. I'm not going to need a whole lot of beef just like one paddy for like that little square. We'll do just fine. And, um, yeah, I want to make sure that's a Okay, good, good, good, very good. My Pizza Stone is ready for action most excellent. We're going to need that here in a second YouTube Oh. Next batch of wands is going to be a lot bigger. We're talking maybe 20, 25, I don't know. I could make a super big batch of wands for Christmas and the only way I would charge extra is if I personally bless them and that sort of thing. Yeah. But anyways, start off with the, um, with the drink combination. Set the pipe down for a second. We got some Samuel Adams cherry wheat. This is beer and it's good beer. Got a bottle opener I can use open beer with a lighter if I want, but a bottle open makes things a little bit easier. Got a bottle open in the ship of a Cobra. Now that's definitely what's up. Okay. And to mix with this Samuel Adams cherry wheat logger, we have some monster peach rehab tea. solo dolo right quick. Oh yeah. That's some killer beer man. So we're going to do it. We'll pour half of that in there. Get a little of that poor action. that poor action. And then to make this drink combination, you fill it halfway up with the beer and then the other way up with the peach. I had no idea how this is going to taste, but we're about to find out. A lot of my alcoholic combinations they usually involve some sort of hard liquor. I don't have too many combinations featuring just beer and some caffeinated goodness. Mmm. That's excellent. But yeah, like I said, let me, I might need to cook up a couple strips of bacon. Pour the rest of that in that cup, there we go. that cup there we go all the all right so these two drinks mixed together it's definitely a tasty combination you can't go wrong with that that's pretty good like I would serve this drink I would serve this drink combination at a bar. That's all's oof dude is phenomenal. This would be a pretty tasty drink combination. To get the holiday party started, you know what I'm saying? Maybe you're tired of the same old, same old, and you want something new, refreshing, you know. Let me tell you something. You mix Jack Daniel's Tennessee honey whiskey, with Rum Ch chata and some eggnog. Oh, that drink combination is so good, you don't even know. Maybe you're not a whiskey fan, so you want something a little bit sweeter. All right, I got you. You take a coffee mug, pour in some hot cocoa powder, and then in your hot cocoa powder, you're pouring some rum churm chata. coffee mug, pour in some hot cocoa powder, and then in your hot cocoa powder you pour in some eggnog and some rum chata and then you microwave it till it's nice and hot. And then when it's out of the microwave, give a spoon or a fork and just stir it up. Mix the rum chata on the eggnog and the hot cocoa powder mix together and then take a chocolate covered queen and cherry and drop it in there let it melt and get all gooey and delicious at the bottom of your glass. I don't even have to mix that. I don't even have to mix that. I don't even have to mix that up to tell you that is good. Like, ooh, yeah, that'll make Rudolph's nose a little bit redder, oh geez. Just kidding, don't drink and drive So what I want to end up doing is grabbing a plate I'll grab a small plate so I'll grab a small plate so I'll grab a small plate so I could so I could put my cooked bacon, a small plate so I'll grab a small plate so I could and my cooked burger plate. And here's the bacon we're cooking with today. We got some black label thick cut bacon. Now Albert Sims didn't, Albertsons didn't have any Texas toast, but yeah, it's all right. I got some sweetheart white bread that works just fine for sandwiches too. But anyways, um, yeah, go ahead and, and sprinkling a little bit of Tony's. This is going to be our seasoning lid. We're going to take the lid with the Tony's in there and then we're going to put some of that Slapio Mama Cajun seasoning right up in there. Yeah, there we go. And you can use whatever seasoning you like. This just happens to be the only seasoning I have on hand. This just happens to be the only seasoning I have on hand. And Slap Your Mama's Cajun seasoning plus the Tony's is a pretty tasty, pretty tasty combination of the season then. Mmm, it smells good too. I'll took the burger slide one of these beef patties out. You do this to both sides but we're going to take the lid and very lightly shake that seasoning mixture on onto the top here just like that and kind of spread it around the top here just like that I kind of spread it around the patty, just like that. We'll put this side down first and then just season-side down first. Pretty straightforward. I'll cook up another paddy for the chies and why not. Yeah cup bacon can't go on with that no you can't no you can't man Now the key to adding any sort of pre-cooked ingredients to, I say, pizza or armlets, you want to take your bacon, your bacon strips, your bacon strips, you want to take your bacon, your bacon strips, again on that pre-cooked. If you get it where it's just barely cooked all the way through, you get it to where it's just barely cooked all the way through. By the time you get it out of the oven with your pizza. It's perfect bacon Oh, I gotta get another close-up of this. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Oh, yeah, look at that. That is nice, isn't it, YouTube? Yeah, this video is definitely not for vegans. vegmanics, eat your heart out, or make a bacon cheeseburger stuffed crust pizza. Now what I'm going to try to do is take two of the strips and put it in with the crust and the cheese and then take the other two and just put it on top with everything else. So yeah. Now if you're going to make stuff crust pizza it's much easier just to grab like some mozzarella string cheese and then roll the crust on top of it. It makes forming it by hand a lot easier. But I neglected to grab some string cheese. So it is what it is. We're going to make the best of it though. is delicious good. That monster takes away the bigger beer taste and replaces it with with a nice peach taste. Bacon, baking, bacon, bacon. Cep this bacon nice and slow as we don't burn to eat raw pork. I'm pretty sure the FDA would recommend not doing that. This is looking just about done. Just about, well not quite. Oh man, it smells so good in my apartment right now we got the beef and the bacon waffling throughs. Oh, excellence. Pretty good shit man. I like sit. Pretty good shit man. I like S. Yeah. Delicious, delicious baking. You know that basically just about done, I can see it's starting my bacon. A little bit chewy, a little bit of crisp. But by the time I pull out of the oven, you know, there's all I cook up a bit more. Oh, that baking looks so good. And it was done too. Just a little. Yeah. That's how I like to see YouTube freshly cooked delicious bacon. Oh, that's beautiful. It's just beautiful. It's just beautiful. All right, so now we have our pre-cooked ingredients. All right, so now we have our pre-cooked ingredients ready for the pizza. The bacon's all cooked up. It's a little bit on the chewy side, but it's cooked all the way through. Now we're going to set the oven to preheat for 420 degrees. Because most of you should know by now the perfect, the perfect pizza cooking temperature in time. You cook your pizza cooking temperature in time. You cook your pizza at 420 degrees for 18 minutes, boom. You get a nice perfect flaky golden crust every time. You eat an ice golden brown chewy crust every time, especially if you want that chewy delicious golden brown crust. Boom. I got you man. Come on. Yeah. All right, so I want to switch this plate of bacon and beef forward a bit so that way I can make some room. Hmm. Sit here and just waffle on the smell of that bacon and beef. Oh, yeah. That's good. So, the first couple of things we're going to need to start off our pizza is the cheese and the crust. Grab that real quick. The reason why I did that is because we got some Pillsbury pizza crust. Show that doe boy. Oh! Now these things are kind of a pain in the butt to open but there's like a little seal right there and once you pop it. So it might be easier and if you're cooking this and you're underage you might want to grab a grown-up to help you with this next part. Yeah. That's it. There we go. Just give a couple of good work. There we go. Gotta have the right tools for the job. All right. If you can do anything you set your mind to, YouTube, don't want anybody to tell you you're not good enough or that you can't. When it comes to a career, you want to be an astronaut? Then be an astronaut, you know? You want to be a rocket scientist? You want to work with animals? There's a bunch of awesome careers to choose from that make great money and help make you a productive member of society. And of course the comments I wonder if he figured out you can unroll it. Yeah I know you can unroll the pizza cross. I'm not stupid. But sometimes I like to have a nice round pizza. So that's why... Okay, so where? We got our pizza door right here. Here's our pizza dough ladies and gentlemen. So what we're gonna do is we'll take our bacon that we've already cooked. I want to tear it up into pieces and put it alongside our pizza crust. This is where this comes in handy. I probably should have cooked more bacon, but that's all right. Now actually we'll have enough bacon for this pizza never mind four slasses will definitely be enough. Okay. There we go. We'll see the rest of the top. All right so right here you can see I put bacon all that cooked bacon on the outside there. And now what I'm going to do is... I want to grab the mozzarella pizza cheese, show that logo. I'm not sponsored by anybody I show off on this YouTube video. I'm just showing you the ingredients that I use to make it. Oop. My hands are a little bit greasy from tearing that baking up. There we go. Watch. All right. M a... All right. Mmm. Just a piece of cheese looks pretty good. Let's have a pinched. Sound authentic, Marcerella, but that's what you're going to get when you live in the States. All right, so what I want to do now is try to pile some cheese on top of that bacon. And this next step would be a lot easier if you had like I said some Marcella cheese sticks you could just stick it on top of your bacon and then roll it on top but like I said, I forgot to grab cheese, Marcella cheese sticks when I was at the grocery store. So this is just going to be how I do it, I guess. But that's all right. We'll make this work somehow. a little bit more over here. Just roll the crust on top. I love making pizza at home. beautiful. I love making pizza at home, YouTube. I mean, don't get me wrong. I like dominoes, pizza hut, Papa John's Little Caesars. I like fast food pizza, but sometimes making your own at home is oddly satisfying in its own special way. So there you just excuse me there you just saw me put all that bacon and cheese right in there. So what I'm going to do now and I'll scoot you back so you can see what I'm doing. See you know what I'm doing now is I'm literally folding the crust onto itself. And I mean some of that cheese that I put in there kind of on the crust spread to the middle of the pizza but that's all right. There's still a good majority of cheesy goodness inside this crust. So now that I've got the crust right where I want it, I take my trusty hands and I want to flatten it out, make it a little bit wider, kind of squish it down on top of that bacon and cheese. So now while we're doing this, we're going to our oven on the preheat, so yeah. Can I make it look like a crust, almost like crust shaped I guess? Yeah, there we go. Pinch it. Work it. The work that dough. And this will basically make a personal pizza that will be like maybe four slices. So yeah. Bacon cheeseburger stuffed pizza. What do y'all think of this nonsense? It's just a bit more difficult, a bit more time consuming. Yeah, there we go. Kind of fold it over, stretch it out, flatten it. This will give us enough room for our sauces and everything else. I'm hoping that this crust will have... You know, you can make two slashes out, it's just pluck down the middle. So I'm hoping this crust will have some cheese pull when it comes out. Excuse me. I'll put this emptiness in the trash. and now we come to the uh... next one of this pizza we going to add some more dankness to it. I like putting salsa on the pizza last time. That was pretty good. And this chunky salsa has vegetables in it. You know. This is from La Victoria. This is salsa chick. Salsa thick and chunky from La Victoria.. This is a salsa chick.. Salsa thick and chunky from La Victoria. This is salsa chick, look, salsa thick and chunky from La Victoria. This is a, yeah. This is a salsa I'm using for my pizza. Go ahead and Oh, damn. My hands are a little bit greasy from tearing that bacon up, so hold on a second. Get this, uh, salsa opened up. I never had La Victoria hot, or La Victoria salsa, let's give it a taste. Oh dude, hold on a second. Hmm. Hell yeah. That's good salsa. It's the medium heat. So yeah, like I said, this is Law Victoria, medium, thick and chunky salsa. That's going to be our pizza sauce. So put that salsa, man, I definitely recommend it. Alright, and there. Mmm. Mmm. That's delicious. That's good salsa man, I definitely recommend it. Now we got our pizza sauce in the middle. See what I'm doing here is I'm just kind of shaking it around. Spreading it out a bit. There we go. And now we're going to add some chips to it before we add the cheese and pepperoni and everything else. Thank you oven for letting me know. So we're going to add some pizza pringles. Hashtag fresh can. And So I did a little bit of these pizza pringles right in there just like that. And then we're going to add some Doritos. Some Doritos. Not show cheese. And some Doritos..... cheese, and some Doritos blades. Do a pinch of those nacho cheese doritos, mix it all in there. Nice and neat. Oh, I love nacho cheese doritos. Hold on. Friedo lay. I love gerrinos. Snack strong bait bee or snack boldly whatever their whatever their whatever their slogan is. And then of course when I grab. Whatever their slogan is. And then of course when I grab some Doritos blaze just to give it a little bit more heat on top of that salsa. Just a couple right here. Crush them up into a nice powder and just sprinkle it in there. And you get a little bit of it down. There we go. Very nice mixture of chips right there. I like that. That's beautiful. Why not get one for the hell of it? Yeah. Yeah. So we're going to put the chips up. The oven letting us know that, hey dip shit, your oven's preheated. All right, cool beans. We're going to put some more cheese on top, grab some of our delicious mozzarella pizza cheese cheese on top, grab some of our delicious mozzarella pizza cheese. And I want to do a nice, nice fat dab of that cheese right on top of the chips. So this pizza is just about done being formed. A little bit more on top. Here we go. I might put some more of this cheese on top of this cheese on top of all the ingredients when I'm done putting it together. We'll see how it's looking. But right now, that pizza's looking pretty dang delicious, yo. All right. So now we're going to need our ingredients. Grab our bacon. again. Tear it up into pieces. Maybe, yeah, I think one patty will definitely be enough for this pizza. I overestimated it. But that's all right. We'll just eat the other one, how that sounds. Sounds good to me. I'll live on you. Sounds good to me, how long about you? It's a nice thick paddy. So I'm taking it, tearing that beef, ended chunks, putting it on top of the pizza. And right off the bat, I'm just like, yeah, one patty is definitely enough. Maybe I'm just hungry, that, one patty is definitely enough. Maybe I'm just hungry, that's why. I see how this burger patty do, though. way good. Okay, so now I'm with you is, now I've got the bacon and the beef up on top of there just like that. Put some more cheese on top and then put some pepperoins on there and stick it in the oven. Mm. I'm Holy Chilita Batman, this pizza is getting nice and tall. So I take all my ingredients, kind of squish it down a little bit, there we go. Squish it down nice and flat so we can make room for our final two layers of pizza goodness. Boom, Bacon, Stuff Crust, Cheeseburger, Pizza. It does not get any danker than this, does it? No. Danker than this does it? No, no. It's a nice balanced heat. It's not overly spicy. I mean if you want to use pizza sauce when you make yours, that's fine. But out of a whims, I put medium, chunky, hot salsa on a pizza last time I made it when I was at home. And I like the way it tasted, so I was like, yo, I think I must keep doing this because that taste good. There we go. Ooh, look at that beautiful goodness right there. Now I forgot to buy a new lighter when I was at the store and then one of my neighbors hooked me up with the lighter so greatly appreciate that. But oh man this pizza is looking all kinds of sexy. Hmm. Oh.. I tell you what?..... I tell you what, YouTube making this pizza is making me kind of hungry. I'm not going to lie. There we go. There is enough cheese on top to satisfy the masses of my stomach. So this is going to go in the fridge and this little piece will be in the trash. And well it wouldn't be a pizza without some pepperoni now would it? Go and put this greasy plate in the sink. We're doing anything else. Wow! Oh! All right, so now I'm going to put our pepperoni on top of our pizza. There's two, there's three, four, five six seven eight nine and ten eleven oop and and well 12. There we go. So now we have our pepperoni on top where we want it. Didn't take much to cover it. Like 12 pepperoni's right there. Set the timer for 18 minutes. Get back on there. Don't be a bastard. Get on there. There we go. All righty YouTubeers the pizza is in the oven getting ready to bake Ooh, dropped a couple pieces of cheese on the floor. It's all right. Pick it up real quick and wash our hands. All right, hands washed, dry off. So now we're just going to wait patiently for our pizza to get done cooking. And once this done cooking, what's done cooking, what's done cooking, would this done cooking, would it cool off for a little bit, and then we'll dig in as they say. I call it a little Batman. This is actually the first time I have successfully made Stuff Cross Pizza. Every other attempt I've made at making Stuff Cross Pizza just hasn't worked out very good. But for once, whenever I've made a Pizza for once when I go to make stuff crust pizza, boom. This is legit. Mmm. Mmm. Oh man. At the time I took folding the pizza dough, you know, I'm saying all that time I spent folding it, pinching it, stretching it, stretching it out, you know, it paid off. I'll just slice and chew up what I have in my mouth real quick. Anybody tell you that Gothic King Cobra can't cook, be like I beg to differ. It's not five star quality, but man man it's good I've been planning this recipe in my head for several days and it's nice seeing it come together so beautifully. Oh man. minutes, 420 degrees. That's what your crust looks like when it's done. Perfect crust every time. to do homemade pizza and you don't want to go through the time to make the dough from scratch. Get some pre-made dough, works every time. And if you're getting pre-made dough, why not add some cheese and some bacon to your crust? Take your pizza to the next level. If any of the big four pizza chains decided to do a bacon stuff cross cheese pizza. Oh yeah. But if you wait until one of the big four decides to make it I just showed you how to make it at home.
