Good seed, wild mushroom cauliflower, hemp seed, savory mushroom mushroom pecan with black garlic and herbs I mean it said black garlic and I'm like it's Halloween so oh vegetable burger no but let me take you in on a journey here folks we got the live video right there going. Let's turn the camera a certain… There we go………….. there we go. that way you can see me cook while I cook with the camera phone here like I normally do, all right, hmm, I'm not going to bother with seasoning on this recipe, I was going to throw it together. Now the burger patty needs a bun, so I'm going to grab our Texas toast. Okay, right right here I'm going to show the camera over here too. Now we have a little bit of grease in the bottom of our cooking pan from the last time I made a burger, so that's going to be toasted into our Texas toast. And this is, it's a thicker bun, you know, it provides a nice bite for that patty melt. So, a vegetable patty melt, basically. I mean, this is going to be called, we're putting pizza ingredients on it, so like, I mean this is going to be on we're putting pizza ingredients on it. So I I don't know And call it the vegetable pizza burger With bacon so I could you take something that's healthy and something not so healthy in putting it together? I mean yeah This will be the start of our burger. Drop them in the pan. This pan is big enough that I can literally fit both slices in here at the same time. So… This will be the start of our burger. We're going to toast up all that grease just soaked into the inside of it right there. Let's take it with the inside of our sandwich. That's exactly what I wanted. All right. I want to flip it and you can see where the grease is toasted to the inside. Get you a close up of that. Right here you too is where the grease has toasted to the inside of our bun just like that. Beautiful. All right. Now once we've gotten our buns toasted up we'll cook our burger, we'll get our bacon done out a bit, just a little bit longer. Not too much longer though. If I'm making a patty melt with some Texas toast, you don't want to burn the shit out of your toast. That's what you're looking for right there. Golden Brown consistency? Oh, that's beautiful. This plant-based, you know, a little weird for me. I'm not going to make this as unhealthy as we possibly can. So we're going to drop some butter into our pan to cook the burger, panty, and butter as the last cooking video, that's got to heat it, supposedly like black garlic. So because the burger paddy has black garlic in it, a little bit of butter soaked into that paddy while it cooks, you know. Yeah, birds. Yepers. Take a look at this crazy looking tomato sauce, you too, right there. We want to use that with a burger. Grab ourselves a fork and then stir that sauce around. There we go. And we're going to take some of that tomato sauce and we're going to spread it on our burger patty. So okay, this is probably the other part of the vegetable in our burger, but that's all right. That's quite all right. That's enough of that sauce. Hmm. Yeah, that's good sauce. That is good sauce. That is good sauce. All right. This bacon is just about done. I don't like my bacon to be a little bit chewy. Kind of just checking to see here. Oh yeah, that's looking good on both sides. I'll turn that off. I'll put our bacon on top of our sauce here. Boop! All righty tubes, we need cheese pepperoni. Shredd cheese, let's do string cheese, make it easier. So I'm going to have some that cheese onto our bacon. Now I want to sprinkle some that cheese onto our bacon. That cheese is easier to place. But this cheese is easier to place. But this cheese will not take long to melt. long to melt. So, grab up this moocerella and sprinkle it on top. I'll sprinkle a pinch of cheese. Right there, beautiful. Oh, YouTube. Even with, of course I cooked it in the same pan, and normally cook all my other burgers, so it's gonna have like a little bit of that grease from the other burger. But even people who are super health conscious there's a limit to how how conscious they are. They might not eat vegetables. They might not eat vegetables, they might not eat beef, you know, it all depends. But if you're one of those people that does not eat meat at all, you is why a lot of vegans look malnourished because they're starving their body of the protein it needs. So they end up getting their protein from other sources I might ask some people who disagree with me, but that's all right Hmm Oh my burger patty's cool off enough enough to where I could pick it up Mm. Here it is folks, the Bacon Pizza, Vegety Burger with cheese. I mean from my distance, it looks just like a regular cheese burger, right? Hmm. Well here goes nothing, that's a bite of a bite of a bite. It looks just like a regular cheeseburger, right? Well, here goes nothing. Let's take a bite of it. I can taste the plant base in the burger. What? The only thing saving this burger right now is the fact that there's bacon and cheese and pepperonies and Doritos on top. This is is um… Ugh, dude. Washington Cobra make a burger he doesn't actually like for a change? Well, there's a shock. Like… It's not bad, but it's not good either. It's just like… what, what the fuck? This doesn't taste like beef? No. Well, I mean, cheese how to feel about this. I kind of like it, and I kind of don't. Like, the idea of plant-based beef just, you know, it's a little weird. Like, the idea of plant-based beef, just, you know, it's a little weird for me not gonna lie Getting some gorgeous cheese pull on it, which is good. Like, it's kind of tasty, I'm not going to lie. I could keep eating it, I'm like, well, there are some things I like about it, like, okay, the patty itself is weird, but I don't know. I mean by all sense of the words you too I can get a drink of water. I mean by all sense of the words you too but this is probably the healthiest cheeseburger I've made on all sense of the words you too but this is probably the healthiest bacon cheeseburger I've made on my channel. I mean it's kind of tasty but my first initial reaction was like no this this this isn't this isn't right. Huh. Overall initial thoughts was like the first bite I was like But I mean I've tasted veggie burgers that tasted worse to be honest Vegi burgers in general are not delicious in my opinion, but I've tasted worse. I'm going to eat it because I'm not letting food go to waste. Putting the tomato sauce on there with the other pizza ingredients. It's definitely doing justice for it like it's it… The ingredients complement the burger patty. But then you get to the final vegetable sort of esque taste on the aftertaste. And it's just like. That's just weird man. That's just weird man. I mean it tastes good but it also tastes bad like I don't know this is this is a weird burger.
