Josh picked up the phone with a casual "what's up?" Clint can be overheard replying "Well, a lot's up, Josh," which has subsequently become an oft-repeated meme in the Cobraverse. This development was a direct consequence of the accumulated complaints about noise and disturbances reportedly stemming from his apartment. Despite his attempts to maintain a positive public front, the stress from these events was evident in his subsequent YouTube videos where he expressed frustration and hinted at ongoing legal and residential challenges.

+===== Build up to the Eviction =====
+In 2018, Josh officially started his homemade magical wand business on Etsy, Cobra Craft Wands. As a purveyor of magical conduits, he would make a habit of spray painting wands over his trash can in an effort to avoid damaging his carpet further. This effort was unfortunately unsuccessful, as many pictures from fans who have been to Josh's apartment would show that the carpet near his workbench was sadly covered with spray paint. Fans also further speculated on the condition of Josh's respiratory system, as he would spray paint his wands indoors exclusively, within a closed space with no ventilation and without the use of a respiratory safety mask. In an effort to fight the growing fumes and complaints, Josh claimed he would put towels or blankets underneath his doors, to try and prevent fumes from leaking out into the hallway of his apartment. Little did Josh know, not only did this further damage his respiratory system by increasingly consolidating the fumes to his small apartment, but the spray paint fumes where going up and into the chimney of an old fireplace that was behind his workbench and were creeping into the studio apartments above his, making one tenant leave due to regular and heavy VOC fume sickness and making others completely uninhabitable.

It seems that it wasn't after all.

Some speculated that they were simply "getting ahead" on repairs before evicting/not renewing Josh's lease. This practice is a common one among slumlords.

+The phone call can essentially be boiled down to this: Clint told Josh that the main reasons why the owner of the apartment building was evicting him was because of the estimated //$6,000// worth of damage Josh has done to the apartment. Other issues were the constant accumulation of toxic fumes from spray painting when making wands, which allegedly made one resident so sick that they had to leave and driving way another prospective renter when they were shown the place. There was also mention of Josh's last two livestreams being part of the reason for the eviction. Clint also brought up the touchy subject of his progressively worsening alcoholism, emphatically suggesting that perhaps he's dependent on alcohol and he needs counseling. Josh predictably didn't agree that he was an alcoholic or that he needed professional help, only that he needed to make better decisions. It's worth noting that when Josh was first set up with his apartment 8 years ago, Josh was made aware that this was his only shot at independence; If he had failed to make better decisions, he would be placed in a home.

 Two days after receiving the news, Josh released a video titled "I wasn't evicted I got a term of lease" on October 29th, 2020. In this video, Josh denies any responsibility for his eviction and repeatedly argues that he isn't being truly evicted due to the termination of his lease. Josh reveals that his ultimate eviction was due to his neighbors complaining stating that they "got sick off the fumes" referring to his indoor spray painting habits. Despite this admission, Josh argues that his neighbors had never complained since the inception of his Wandmaking business and that his landlord was allegedly satisfied with the condition of his crafting area during previous inspections. Josh bemoans that the apartment is targeting him for his autism and cites the COVID pandemic as another reason that it's unethical for him to be evicted. Ultimately, Josh believes that the trolls made false complaints to his landlord to get him evicted, despite being directly told that his neighbors were literally and figuratively sick of his boglim activities.

+Josh's landlord cited two livestreams of Josh's that contributed to his eviction, "Fuck incels" and "chillin".
+For context, Josh had been in the habit of watching opinionated YouTubers such as Sydney Watson, Roma Army and playing their videos during his livestreams and 'reacting' to them. Josh's fans would either instantly tune of his livestreams when he started playing one of these videos or donating using Superchat to interrupt the video and troll Josh. What Josh calls "reaction" videos is more akin to "listen and agree" videos. These are done in a vain and very transparent attempt to ingratiate himself amongst female-led causes for the purposes of having intercourse with women.
+Josh went live with the livestream called Fuck incels late at night on the 26th of October. The livestream itself was a carbon copy of other livestreams of late. Josh watched a video by Roma Army called Who Are Incels & What Threat Do They Pose To Mens Rights Movements? and learned about incels. The livestream started off with Josh promising to "react" to the Roma Army video but then did some vocal covers of the band Hammerfall with his Mr. Microphone. In between the vocal covers Josh would add comments such as "Fuck Eliot Roger!" while making assumptions that "all incels have small male genitalia." As the livestream progressed, Josh got more and more drunk on his drink combo of Pinnacle Vodka and Bang Cotton Candy Energy Drink. Josh ended the livestream extremely drunk after making the joke that "all incels should dig up Eliot Rogers' corpse and fuck him if they worship him so much." Josh finished watching the video by Roma Army and abruptly ended the livestream after becoming very intoxicated, struggling to stay awake.

Josh went live early in the morning at roughly 10:30AM with a livestream entitled chillin. Josh said he was very hungover but was still sipping on the concoction he made the night prior (Vodka and cotton candy energy drink.) Josh spoke a little about his rant about incels and then filmed the cooking video banana bacon Reese's cheeseburger. Josh spent over an hour of the livestream in his kitchen off camera making and recording this new cooking video. Josh returned to his chair, ate his burger and was pleased with the outcome of his burger. For the last 15 minutes of the video, Josh decided that he wanted to smoke his hookah and prepared the apparatus while talking with his fans. Josh then proceeded to pull a blow torch out of nowhere and began heating up the coals for his hookah. Many of Josh's fans where shocked that he even had a blow torch, never mind using one in his small apartment with paint cans resting on his workbench a few inches away from his head. Josh smoked his hookah and then ended the livestream.

Josh recapped the events of the last livestream and repeated that he heard the property owners of the apartment building saying to the press that they would not be evicting any of their tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sadly for Josh, the property owners were not evicting Josh but choosing not to renew the lease on his contract, meaning he was being asked to leave and not being evicted. Josh said that the main two reasons for him being kicked out his apartment was due to him smoking indoors and the paint fumes. Josh also misread/misheard the quote from the property owners of his apartment building in relation to evictions and that this rule only extended to tenants not being able to pay their rent on time.

Josh would also fall back to using his autism as a defense mechanism and wish people would just leave him alone, even though he was wrong and admitted he was in this situation. Josh also got a donation telling him that he was almost 30 years old and needed to get a real job. Josh was defensive and said no matter where he got a job, trolls would find out and get him fired, so he will be sticking to his wands.

Josh also said that it was his neighbors fault for not telling him that the spray paint fumes were causing the issue and that he only smoked in his apartment when he was making videos. Josh then ended the livestream by saying that he was looking for an apartment that allowed smoking indoors and were better ventilated, so he can continue spray-painting wands in his new apartment. Josh also said that he was either going to win the lottery and build his dream house or find a new apartment.

Many fans believed that this could potentially be the last batch of wands Josh would be making in a long time so the fans very eager to buy one.

Josh despite saying he will be trying to save all the money he can to pay for his next apartment, decided to go to Frosty's Bar and Grill and buy a burger and fries. Sadly, Frosty's were out of ranch. Throughout the livestream Josh was pushing hard for his staff to sell and even said he would throw in a free 'People suck, I need a beer' shirt that was sent to him and was too small for him to wear. Josh began texting Fangirl Kate, took down the bells hanging from his steam pipes and then went outside to smoke his cigarette and ended the livestream prematurely. Josh's staff was bought by a fan the very next day.

Josh was pretty confident that he had secured the apartment and made mention of "working his assburgers off" and "sticktoitiveness" to find a new place. Josh said that he was getting lazy eye surgery on the 12th of November in Colorado and said he could be moving into his new apartment by either the beginning or end of the third week of the month.

Josh's dad Clint congratulated Josh and said that he will be seeing him on Wednesday to pick him up and take him to Colorado for his lazy eye surgery. Reddit user and Field Agent thankyouworld posted a short video on the KingCobraJFS Subreddit of Clint closing up a UHaul van outside Josh's old apartment, while Josh casually walks back inside with a bag of Taco Bell.

Josh mentioned that he could smoke in his apartment but the only downside was that he had to paint his wands outside from now on. In relation to his wand business, Josh said that he needs to set up a PO Box before he can start selling wands again. A PO box would keep his new apartment address private so trolls can't mess with him or his new landlord. The biggest differences with his new apartment were that his dad bought him a new futon and a TV. Behind the scenes, Josh was still cleaning his old apartment even though his lease was terminated and told to be out of the apartment by the 30th of November. Josh also said that his dad Clint was helping him clean the apartment in the beginning but Josh had to clean it on his own a few times. This would mean Josh would have to make a 40+ minute walk to his old apartment to clean it.
+On December the 19th, Josh uploaded the video "Hardees barnyard monster burger". In this video, Josh customized a burger from Hardees whilst his dad Clint was painting the apartment in the background.
+On December 22nd, Josh tried to use the excuse that he used worked fast-food jobs in the past and that could have tracked grease into his apartment during a video called "night video". Also during this video, Josh mentioned that the paint he and his dad used to re-paint the apartment cost roughly $200. At this point, Josh was coming up with any excuse he could to negate responsibility for destroying his old apartment.
