 On October 27th, 2020, while streaming Josh was informed of his lease termination. During the stream he received a phone call from his father, Clint. Josh picked up the phone with a casual "what's up?" Clint can be overheard replying "Well, a lot's up, Josh," which has subsequently become an oft-repeated meme in the Cobraverse. This development was a direct consequence of the accumulated complaints about noise and disturbances reportedly stemming from his apartment. Despite his attempts to maintain a positive public front, the stress from these events was evident in his subsequent YouTube videos where he expressed frustration and hinted at ongoing legal and residential challenges.
