Now we seasoned the bacon with a rust, all meat seasoning, and and then to our bulls we going to add some milk and some eggs like five eggs with a splash of milk and a splash of our seasoning. And now for our coating on our chips we're going to add some all-purpose flour and some Doritos and Rubbles sour cream and sugar, yes. So hand the camera after the camera person and let them do the work here. Yes, that's most up. And what's up? YouTube, all right. Let's start with getting these chips crushed up. We're gonna add Doritos, notch our cheese, and some cherr ruffles, sour cream. And get me pulled open, just off of the easier ones to crush up. Yeah, I was calling, so we're gonna to attempt to make a chicken fried steak with a country gravy, and we're not making the grain, we're going to go on top of our shites. Now we're going to take these chips, we're going to combine the two Doritos and the ruffles and the drop the piece. Get that picked up. Now when you do the milk and you dip it in the milk one last time before adding it to your plates and to the fryer, it'll help the skin stick to it. That's the secret. Get that a little bit longer. Very slowly because we don't want to spill over. Look, wash that out. Now with the gravy you want to rush gravy either. And we're just going to stir it around. and that'll do it. There's already enough grease from that bacon, we don't really don't need country crock butter in there, so it's just whatever. And then we'll add some more flour to it. There we are. Turn the heat back up. Back up towards medium. I want to be a nice gravy color. There's so much grease on the stove but it will be cleaned up so I'm not worried about it. All that bacon grease, a little bit of that vegetable oil. There's little chunks of the chips. I kind of break those up a bit. I'm going to want this sweet,, chunky, but a little bit of chunky won't hurt. Chicken, fried steak. Now the gravy. Now the gravy might be a little bit thick because I had...
