Tattoos

Josh got his first tattoo at McGoth Tattoo Parlor in Valley City, North Dakota in late 2010. The tattoo is his own symbol he created in high school and says it also represents his religion.

Sometime in 2012, Josh uploaded a video on his gothickingcobra52 channel called The meaning behind my tattoo. Josh says that when he was in junior high, he made this symbol and it represents mythical creatures in cobra angels and cobra demons. Cobra demons are male wizards and are mythical creatures and cobra angels are the female version. There are good and bad cobra demons and angels.

When Josh was in high school, he hung out with his friends and practiced magic, smoked, and called the gang Cobra Demons. If someone in the group got a girlfriend then they would be a cobra angel. Josh said he was the leader of this gang and nicknamed himself King Cobra. Josh jokingly called this gang of his a cult.

Josh's symbol also represents his religion that he made up in school. Josh prayed, meditated, and practiced having magical powers to control the weather using his own wands he still makes to this day. Josh wanted to write a mythical story similar to the Harry Potter franchise to express himself but never finished it.

Josh considers himself a fully-fledged cobra demon. Josh's parents were fine with him practicing his beliefs but as Josh became more and more obsessed with his own religion, they threatened to send him to see a psychiatrist. Josh's dad told Josh that his religion and magic aren't real but Josh disagreed and felt he should have freedom of religion. Josh said that his religion gave meaning to his life in a spiritual way.

On February 3rd, 2016, Josh got his second tattoo at Black Sunday Tattoo parlor in Casper, Wyoming. The tattoo is of a snake with pot leaves and satanic symbolism.

On January 28th, 2016, Josh made mention of that tattoo in a video called Vocal Covers. Josh said that for Christmas he got a $100 gift certificate for a tattoo from his parents. In this video, Josh described what the tattoo will be and also said that he will be getting the tattoo on the 3rd of February at 4 PM.

While Josh was getting the tattoo done, he recorded a video called getting some ink on my arm and made mention that his trolls where calling up the tattoo parlor while Josh was getting his tattoo done.

After Josh's tattoo was finished, he uploaded a video called Back from the tattoo Parlor. Josh made mention that his trolls called up Black Sunday pretending to be his neighbor to say that Josh's goat was missing. Josh stressed that he doesn't have any pets and that his apartment building doesn't allow pets either. Josh agreed that he shouldn't have said where and when he was getting his tattoo done.

On November 19th, 2017, in a sadly deleted livestream, Josh's girlfriend at the time Summer tattooed 'OZZY' on Josh's knuckles. On November 27th, 2017, during a Facebook livestream, Josh noticed that his Ozzy tattoo had almost completely faded. Josh was irritated and blamed the cheap ink Summer used and said that she was tired when she was doing the tattoo. Then, on November 28th, 2017, Josh posted on Facebook that Summer used water-based ink for the tattoo and that's why it had faded. Josh also said that Summer would be touching up his tattoo again with different ink. After Summer finished touching up his tattoo, she allegedly sold her tattoo kit and stopped tattooing altogether.

On March 6th, 2020, Josh posted two pictures on Facebook of his Ozzy tattoo completely redone and thanked Black Sunday and Don Picton. A month later, footage of the tattoo being redone can be seen in the second documentary 'KingCobraJFS: Now it's a Party' by the Mountain Wizards.

On the same day, Josh uploaded a video called night video and showed off his Ozzy knuckles after they were touched up. Josh thanked Black Sunday and Don Picton and also said that he was getting another tattoo that coming weekend.

Josh got his fourth tattoo of the Cradle of Filth band logo on March 7th, 2020 during the second documentary. The footage of Josh getting this tattoo done can also be seen in the second documentary 'KingCobraJFS: Now it's a Party' by the Mountain Wizards. It was also noted that the tattoo artist named Diamond was the same tattoo artist that did Josh's snake tattoo in 2016.

Later on that same night, Josh uploaded a video called night video and showed off his brand new Cradle of Filth tattoo.
