What is up fellow YouTubers? It's your sexy goth bad boy King Cobra JFS. I'll come back at you with another cooking video. Today I'm going to be making the flame and hot Gerito bacon cheeseburger. It's going to be spicy and it's going to be delicious. We're going to use flame and hot nacho Geridos. and we're're gonna use flaming hot nacho gerrinos and we're gonna use some hot sauce and some spicy cheese and some to amp it up. It's gonna be good. At least that's the hope anyway. Yeah. I might have a little bit of grease in my pan from the last time I cooked bacon and burgers. It'll be great for our buns. I'll take you with me into my kitchen. Yeah, we got some grease. Awesome sauce. I want to turn the stove on to eight. Get our pan nice and warmed up. Now any good patty melts, just cook your bread in that grease, trust in belief, you don't even know, toasting your bread and the bacon and burger grease. Mmm. Mmm. Excuse me. Uh. You don't even know, YouTube. Unless you try one of my burger recipes, and maybe you do know. While that pan heats up, we're going to open this bag of chips. Hashtag, Fresh Bag of Chips, hashtag, Gerritos, hashtag, Snack Strong! Mmm. Yeah. You're pretty good. They're not spicy as the um, Gerido's Blaze. But they got a little bit of heat on them. So good. Oh yeah. Is that nice red-orange texture? Mmm. Flaming hot not show gerrinos or where it's at. They taste just like flaming hot Cheetos. Really good. All right, I'll wash my hands. Get into it. I'm trying to dry my hands off real quick. It didn't take long for that pan to heat up. Oh yeah, got my hands washed. Just after eating those four chips, I definitely feel the heat of the chip kick in. Those aren't too bad. I mean if you're not used to spicy food, then it'll knock you around a little bit. But if you're not used to spicy food, then it'll knock you around a little bit. But if you like spicy food, then it shouldn't be too bad. hot sauce on it. This is the hot sauce for with the fire and the flames. Not a sponsor, this is a good hot sauce. But this hot sauce is not for novices dude. Like, this hot sauce is just straight up mean. So I want to grab some Texas toast for our burger slices. I like Texas toast. for our burger slices. I like Texas toast. It produces a nice, thick sandwich bread. This is why I prefer to use Texas toast when I make paddy melts. Because Texas toast has nice thick bread. All the butter, the bacon grease, the burger grease from our last creation is still in the bottom of the pan and we have just enough of it to do our thing YouTube. Most excellent. Now that our stove is heated up, the grease is nice and melted. Let's add some seasoning to our burger. We're just going to put a little bit of seasoning on the burger patty and maybe the burger patty. I might just do the bun and leave the burger patty alone. Yeah, it the bun, we'll give the burger patty alone. Yeah, it'll make things easier. I'm just gonna season the bun real quick. I've got some Tony's seasoning and some slap yo mama cajin seasoning. This will put a little bit of heats on our surface of our bread. Because by the time we get done putting all the ingredients on here this burger is gonna be spicy. seasonings in there. I'm going to mix them around in the cup here. I'm going to show you how to season your bread real easy. Take that lid. Give it a gentle, gentle sprinkle. Just like that. And then just like… And then just like…… we'll take the first slice and we'll go ahead and put it down drop it in there and then put a little bit on top as soon as you drop it in there and then put a little bit on top as soon as you drop it in there just like that. Go and switch that to the center. It'll go like that. The pan is a little wobbly. That's why it's like that. So… I'll go ahead and get this bread all toasted up and you've seen me cut burgers on YouTube before this is pretty pretty straightforward. forward. The seasoning, you know, I might put some on the burger patty just for the hell of it because that'll give it a little bit more heat. Got my trusty spatula. Give it a flip. Oh baby talk to me. Oh, ha ha ha ha. All that burger, bacon, and butter grease is just toasting into the bottom of this bun. Oh my god, that is sexy. Yes. Sexy, yes. This is basically this is how the first burger was made you too. People like the beef and the cheese, but they wanted to be able to hold it while they ate it so the dude was like Let's put it between two pieces of toast bread and see how that sells and rest is history man this one's done I'm going to take a little bit of butter and put it in the bottom of my pan just so we can toast the top one. Because, yeah, that's, take a look at that YouTube. That just toasted up beautifully. Oh yeah. A good panny melt will start just like this. You toast up your buns with your favorite seasoning. And right after that butter melts, we're in the bottom there, let's get a close up with that before we drop our bun. That's what you're looking for, baby. Oh yeah. So, now we're going to drop this top button with the seasoned side down first. I should have mentioned that, but you put the sides you seasoned down first and then that way you can just dust the top of it with a little bit of seasoning. This is how you cook the seasoning into your burger patties. Okay, put on a little bit more of that Tony's, just for the burger patty, season both sides of it. We're doing more of that Slapio Mama's Cajun seasoning, I like this combination of seasoning on my burgers sometimes, gives it a nice flavorful little heat. Cool beans, man. This burger's looking good yo. A little bit more butter in there for that bottom half. Soap that butter down. There we go. Awesome sauce. Beautiful. That's going to be our bottom bun. Bird time, baby. percent lean 20% fats. Which this will save you some time on making your burger because they're preformed. And let's set that down. Go ahead and just like we do with the bread we're going to lightly season the burger patty. Go ahead and just like we do with the bread. We're going to lightly season the top of our burger patty. With the bread we're going to lightly season the top of our burger paddy. The same method we used to season our bread, that's the same method we're going to use to season our burger paddy. Go and take the paper off, throw it away, season side down first, boia. Beautiful. All right, so let's get a close up of our burger paddy real quick. See the seasoning on there, just a light sprinkle, I didn't go heavy with it. And um, I would throw some butter in that burger pan, give us some flavor. I want to crack a little bit. Put some of that margarine in there, cook the burger in, and I'll give it some flavor. What kind of cheese are we using for this burger? Hold the phone, it's about your still long, and I'll show you. Hot jalapeno, pepperjack, cheese, baby. This is pepper jac cheese with jalapenero pepperjack cheese cheese baby. This is pepper jack cheese with Haberos and jalapenos in it. and I'll cook the burger patty put a piece of cheese on there. Then I'll cook some bacon, put the bacon on top of the cheese, and then do another slice of cheese on top of the bacon. We'll microwave it, get it melted. We'll microwave it, get it melted, and then we'll add our chips and hot sauce. And we'll have ourselves a burger. So, next step is getting this burger patty cooked, put that slice of cheese on there, put some bacon on top of the cheese, and then put the cheese on top of the bacon, microwave get that cheese nice and melted, and then you put the chips and the hot sauce on top, boom! Now if you want to take it up on the heats you can get jalapeno infused bacon but I like the thick cut bacon myself so I got that instead. Let's go on and get this burger patty a nice medium-re consistency, so… It's not going for a nice medium-re consistency, so… which is the truth of the way I like my beef. You see the chunks of jollapino and habineiro sitting in there. Oh yeah. Now before we melt this cheese we got got to put some bacon on it. I'm just going to go ahead and grab a strip, tear it in half, drop it on the skillet. There we go. heck while we're making a delicious flaming hot nacho burger have a little bit of snacking while we wait I'm actually curious to see what this is going to taste like with the hot sauce. Let's pour a dab with this hot sauce on this chip real quick and see how it tastes. Gage the heat of how spicy this burger is going to be. Yeah, there we go. It'll better be enough. That's like my new favorite hot sauce right there. Just because the label kicks ass. And it's not some weak, wimps-dizzy shit. It's a man's hot sauce. All right. Cause if women like spicy they probably like it too. I don't want to be sexist. There it is so far. Looking good. Now it comes with the, there comes the best part of the burger besides eating it. What can be better than eating a bacon cheese burger? Melting the cheese on it, that's what. So I'm going to put another piece of cheese on top of that bacon, just like that. That's all the cheese we're going to need side real quick. I want to take this beautiful patty that we just made and give it the old treatment. Start off with 44 seconds, see how that looks. This would be a great baking cheeseburger to have on a cold winter's day to warm your wide up. Clean out your sinuses, warm your right up. Hmm. Then again 44 seconds might be enough. because it's getting all gooey. Oh yeah, you too, because you never know when it's going to melt and when, you know. Yeah. Beautiful. Let's get a look at this cheeseburger so far. There's our cheese melted on top of the bacon. Oh. Oh That looks so good. Let's scoot that to the side Now we're going to add two more spicy ingredients to it. Of course our gerrinos flame and hot nacho chips. Right on top of that bacon and doesn't get two piled on. They got seven chips on there. high because then it becomes impossible to eat. go ahead and squush those down just like that. Here's our Bacon Cheeseburger so far. Boom! Flaming Hot Nacho!
