Now whenever I do these big old burritos see how it's like lightly crispy but not completely crispified still a little soft in areas. Well we're gonna make that one final step to yeah Yeah. I'm going to grab some sharp cheddar cheese from Ukraine. Yes, this is going to go on the top of our burrito. I'm not fucking dead. Jesus Christ, my trolls live these saddest fucking lives, dude. Now you don't have to add cheese to the top of your burrito like this, but this is something I like to do. It's not completely crispified just yet. There's still a spots. You know, like this, but this is something I like to do. It's not completely crispified just yet. There are still spots where it's a little soft on the shell. It's barely crispified. You feel me, YouTube? And when it's barely crispified, maybe like another 10, 20 minutes or so, give or take. Just until the cheese Doritos. Just like we get when I put the gerrinos on the inside of the burrito I crush them up into into a powder. And then just put a little bit of those crushed chips on top of our cheese. Again, you don't have to fucking do this to your fried burrito, but I like doing it because it adds extra flavor to it. Now we're going to put it back in the oven or a middle rack once again.
