We're going to get our bowl, we're going to melt some butter, we're going to add our seasoning and our barbecue sauce and some beer, and then we're going to let it marinate for a couple hours, and then we're going to cook it. Oh yes. Now I'm going to grab a sip. We're going to grab a fork for our butter and I'm there a little bit of a fork for tenderize in it. We're going to go out and melt that butter. So yes, we have a Angus beef USTEA choice right there. We're going to open that up. This is a beef steak. Wipe it up real quick. Preach each altitude it in. Now when I placed our steak, our raw steak, and this marinade of beer and butter, Oh, that's beautiful. Oh, that's beautiful. Now we're going to do this is we're going to add more butter to the top of our marinade and a splasher Mountain Dew. They were going to pop it in the fridge. Let it marinade for a couple of hours before we cook it. Oh yes. I have no idea how this is going to taste, but we'll find out, won't we? A little bit more beer. Splash a mountain dew. Beautiful. Now I want to take our fork that we have for our butter. We're just going to drop a couple of butter.. I was going to drop a couple more chunks of butter in there. This is a country croc or regional so technically it's marguring but who cares right? Oh shit. Oh shit. Mmm. Oh shit. This is gonna be yank. And we're like down to ahead and use all of it in them in here melted. I'm not going to mark a way. just because I don't want any bacteria to form on the undercooked steak with the liquid. That's pretty clean now. Yeah this marinade barbecue sauce mountain dew, butter, and some margarine, and a little bit of seasoning. Should be pretty tasty, dude. Take another fork, and uh… mixing it in. So we're going to marinate the steak and then we're going to cook it. Yeah we'll just mix the butter around in the beer, margarine whatever, same fucking thing we're gonna stir that mixture around man Oh, we got dissolved. I don't want any bacteria forming from like microwaving it like this. So we're just going to stick this back in the fridge and let it marinate for a couple hours. And we're going to slap it on the grill on the stove here and cook it. YouTube that marinade is swinging so it's gonna look pretty gross this marinade but the flavor on this is pretty freaking tasty. It had like a little bit more of a meat seasoning just a little bit and a little bit more of a a little bit seasoning. a little bit more of a little bit more of a meat seasoning. a little bit like a little bit more of our all meat seasoning a little bit and there we go. All right so we'll let that marinade in the fridge straight around one more time. Oh yeah. Perfect. Beautiful YouTube. Now I want to stick it back in the fridge. All right. I want to let that marinade mix. Just keep it on that bottom the shelf where it marinates evenly. I want to let that sit in the bottom right there and marinate for a couple hours before we do that I wanna add some more I wanna add this to it I wanna add some salt All right, I want to add one more scoop. All right, I did a couple handful of salt to our marinade. Just pour in your hand, sprinkle it on top of your butter, all right let that bitch marinade Okay. Happy Sunday folks!
