Making Strawberry Peach Candy Mead

Transcript

It's a wine making video. Two cups of pure cane granulated sugar. You don't want to try to make mead with the egg now? You don't want to try to make mead with eggnog because if you want to ferment your wine it's going to stay out of the fridge. So unless you can find a wine making yeast that ferments and colder temperatures you might be able to make it work. But they don't have one as far as I know. But they don't have one as far as I know. We got a jar, we're going to add two cups of pure granulated sugar, cane sugar of course. Good stuff right there. Next we're going to add our local high Rocky Mountain Ron and the filthry made a good little U.S. of A honey. Just like I did before. Now the ingredients we're going to be using our name consisting of Tropicano Strawberry Peach Paradise and some of this monster energy nitro cosmic peach. I'm only on all the things. This sounds like a crazy meteor watch. Now this will not require refrigeration like the well over that dairy unit, so… what we're trying to do. As far as the meat goes, before we add all the liquid in there, we're going to stir it in an eggnog meat. Like why not? I like, well, because the meat will die in the fridge, you want to do that when you're serving it. I'm like, yeah, that's a fair point. We have a little bit of cold water to swish out the excess, and it hurts. To this point, you see in the process, you know what's up. So we'll try this again. But that food act is still uploading. There's our sugar on our honey, our water. This is going to be a cherry peach wine. It's what the trolls would say of fucking old drinks, aren't right? Blah. Blah. Strawberry peach, my bad. a little bit of the liquid to stir it around. So I want to add our monster nitro cosmic peach. Just a lot of some add some liquid to it. I want to stir that around. Now I'll be straight around right now. See it doesn't make a mess all over the damn counter. And I'll get my hands in the wine, you know, I'll get my hands in the wine you know kind of thing I've already sanitized and watched everything so I want to try to make this new crazy flavor of wine that's all stirred up I have the rest of that cosmic peach. One whole can of these peach rings, smart sweets, three grandes, all. Now before we add the other stuff we're going to add some other things to it. Like some of these peach rings, smart sweets, three grams sugar. So I have a entire packet of these peach rings, smart sweets, three grams of sugar. So add an entire packet of peach rings because we can. Dump it in there all of this. Next we're going to add some sour punch strawberry straws. This entire container, yeah we're going to add the whole fucking thing in there. Is there enough candy for our meat? I don't think it is. So we're also going to add one more thing, some sour patch strawberry candies. Start it open. And they're not wrapping, they're really beautiful, just pour is in there YouTube. Everything's stirred around. Now we're going to add some of this here, Tropicana, strawberry peach. Oh yeah, 100% natural flavors. like the dairy does so I'll be able to ferment this into something more wine tasting hopefully. So I'm just going to add our strawberry peach here. Not quite all the way full but a little bit of filtered water will take care of that. I didn't have to make up for spilling the wine the other night and I tried doing with something that wouldn't make a good wine. I said we gotta redo this. We gotta redo this. We gotta redo this. Strawberry peach. Homemade. around. Now we're going to add a couple more things. We are wine making use for 1118 some nutrients and a little bit of water because it's not quite full enough. You've got a filtered water and fill up a little bit of it. Perfect amount. Behold strawberry peach wine. See now the candy at the bottom? Let this all for about 10 days. Before I add our yeast, we're going to add one cup of yeast nutrients. And by a cup, I'm going to call us the camp full. Perfect. Now to add the yeast. Now to add the yeast. For the next two weeks we're about to make a strawberry peach wine. So to complete it we're going to add an entire package of EC1118 wine making yeast.. We're going to add an entire package of EC1118, wine making yeast. Alcohol by volume J that's what's up checks that I was doing it around And put it in from it in closet All that candy can you get dissolved into that wine and give it a little bit of flavor and extra sugar that will convert all into alcohol. Now after about 10 days we're going to filter that clean jar over here. and after about 10 days we're going to filter that into the clean job over here. So it's just the liquid that we added, a little strain it out. People like watching me make the homemade wine and I like making it. So let's try this again showing folks. If you saw my last meat update you know what's up? Discover that you cannot you cannot make a mead with egg dog. Well that sounds like a very tasty concept in theory, you have to find a yeast that's the fermented survives in colder temperature so the eggnog doesn't spoil and it's just a lot of science and math and nah. So I'm like let's just read you a different meat recipe for the fans. Now we got the airlock in here just beautiful like that. Excellent. I want to let that from it and do a stuff thing. One last step. We need to take the cap off and fill the water, put some water in there, up to those lines. And stick in those cement and close it. Pretty straightforward shit YouTube. I got over that Jack Daniels combo I'm sippered on earlier left. I don't want to pour me a drink. I want to make me some drink, you feel me on that? Yeah, let's go. YouTube, that's good. That's good drink combo, yes sir. That is some good drink combo, yes sir. That is some good drink combo. This is a rock that is This airlock is technically only when you use once and already washed. The other one is been washed and is drying. I figured, well, if we cannot make a mead out of eggnog, then we're going to have to change change our tune just a little bit YouTube now that should be enough to measure our airlock just fine now now now making alcohol can be a fun way to spend your evenings in your days clip that back on there nice and tight, beautiful, that's on there, it's looking good, it's looking excellent, you too. Now, I'll put a little bit of painter's tape right here on the way because there's a crack in it, see, so that way it ain't gonna come on down. I want to let it sit and stink a far more like 10 days. All that candy that we put in the bottom of it, hopefully that will fucking dissolve with our yeast and we'll get some like wild crazy strawberry peach, you know, just some crazy random flavor another frank and mead for the books moh-hah-huh-huh freaking mead see there we go that's enough to hold it there the lids already only nice in time but just want to make sure that it stays there and you know what I'm saying now that's looking good That's how we do it I make the weekend the holidays are coming up and I wanted to I want to do some holiday meeting I figured you know we got it so crazy tried to any with egg now I can find out not the smartest idea There there's a lot of scientific hoo-ha that could, yeah, which basically makes it impossible to make it. So if you want like alcoholic eggnog, you just bought some eggnog in the store and you know you had your favorite mix to it. And that's that. But this, however, is going to take your favorite mix to it. And that's that. But this, however, is going to take about 10 days to ferment. Ah, yes, sir. I think that'll do just nicely. I'll see what homemade wine looks like. Now this I don't have to keep in the fridge because it ain't got no damn dairy in it. You know what I'm saying? You don't let us see you're gonna stink if I for 10 days. They were gonna filter it after the 10th day. Low to age for another week or so after those 10 days. And they should be ready to drink after that week or so. So give up our other week in 10 days. 11 18 is awesome for making wines. The strawberry peach wine, we'll see how it turned out. I put this in the fermenting space where it will do its thing. Not sure that's going to turn out YouTube, but we'll give that about 10 days from it. And we'll see how it turned out. I like making my own homemade meat and my homemade wine. So there you go, we got a strawberry piece of meat coming at you.
