So check this on YouTube, doing some research on how to make wine with the instant yeast that they used. The website said to use the whole packet, because you don't need wire to make it. And it's already got the bubbles on the surface here, which is a really good sign. And it stops making bubbles, you know that's ready to drink. And I want to add just a little bit more sugar to it. I want to spot more need to add water to it because it's going to have room to expand. expand. I quit my mess real quick. Now I'm just going to let it do its thing after we crack it on the lid real quick. What's it again? It wasn't that much left in that packet I used from the video when I was making this wine. And the websites I've been looking at say just to eat, if you're doing instant yeast, just to use, just to use the entire God damn packet. So the last of that yeast packet is done son, I pointed it in there off camera and it is flash more sugar on camera and it is flash more sugar on camera and they just foamed all over the place. That was pretty freaking nuts instant yeast doesn't require any sort of special hot water or temperature like regular use does it shared only theoretically take a week maybe two weeks. So it's a great way to create your own deal, you know. I lost a little bit of that juice when I have been burping it earlier. I lost a little bit of that juice not going to hurt it. I went to that for cold water one more time. As soon as I could what happened when I have to clean off the first time. I just made a humongous mass man. So I raced it off like then dried it off with the towel. It's on there super tight but we don't even make it too tight now. It's going to turn it off. It's not like on there super tight but the seal is cracked. Two little turns and we can squish it's not like on there super tight but the seals cracked. Two little turns and we can squish it still. Excellent. Put that back where we had it. and then soon as I can add water to it so we can have the maximum amount of wine but using your eyes and all over a space. But yeah, the reason why I leave the cap like that is if I tighten it, and then soon I can open it open up and leave the cap like that because if I tighten it and then soon I can the cap, like that, is if I tighten it, and this sounds going to open it, I'll let yeast, you know what I'm saying. If it's doing the Bubbles, that's a really good sign, then it's making its elephant to wine. That's pretty freaking sweet.
