The New Apartment Saga

The New Apartment Saga began on November 20th after Josh moved to his new apartment after The Eviction Saga. Josh didn't post any videos until November 24th because he moved into his apartment on the weekend and had to wait until the weekday for internet to be installed. Josh said that his rent was $600 and paid for electricity and internet separately, and Josh would allude to his internet being more expensive than in his last apartment.

Soon after moving in

As soon as Josh moved into his new apartment, he celebrated by spending $34+ on McDonalds breakfast to customize his own burger in the video “food hack”. Josh streamed later that day for the first time in his new apartment with a livestream called “chillin”. During the livestream, Josh said right off the bat that he has to spray his wands outside, and he was fine with that. Josh was also smoking inside his apartment and when fans questioned why, he said other tenants in his building were smoking, so he assumed it was fine. During the livestream, Josh's fans were trying very hard to try and figure out where Josh was living but Josh ignored specific questions about his apartment. Halfway through the livestream, Josh bought McDonalds again using Doordash and spent almost $30 again on food.

Fans were hoping with a new apartment, Josh's content would be new and different but sadly, Josh quashed those hopes by going back to doing video reactions of channels such as Roma Army and Sydney Watson.

On November 28th, Josh was noticeably upset during a chillin livestream. Josh was upset because he had a fight with his dad over money, and he was also spending his weekend cleaning his old apartment with his dad. Josh made mention numerous times that he had re-applied for YouTube monetization hoping he would be approved and get the superchat donation function back on his channel. Josh touched a little on him and his dad having a massive fight about money and Josh said that he will need to calm down with spending habits and focus on paying his rent.

After Josh livestreamed, he went to talk to his fans on a private Discord server. Josh said that because of Streamlabs chargebacks, he was $70 in the hole and his dad Clint was pissed off. Josh said that his dad even told Josh that needs to start thinking about getting a job to be able to pay off his debts and his rent. Josh was opposed to the idea of getting a job as he considers Cobra Craft Wands and YouTube his job. Josh expressed an interest in creating a Patreon page and posting pictures and videos of himself to make some more money.

Patreon

After speaking with many of his fans on Discord, Josh created a Patreon page on the 28th of November, 2020.

The membership levels were as followed:

On the 29th of November, Josh plugged his Patreon on a livestream called “chillin” featuring Darfliny b. Josh would check to see if he gained any more supporters on his Patreon, but sadly his fans seemed disinterested in paying to see Josh's sexy goth badboy body. A few days later on the 2nd of December, Josh made a short video called “night video” where he played guitar and plugged his Patreon. Josh said he deleted his $100 membership level and said that it was “a little too much” and that the $6.66 tier was affordable.

Throughout December, Josh gained a significant amount of new patrons raising his pledges to almost $200. Even though he was gaining more patrons, Josh failed to understand how Patreon worked and did not reward his patrons with custom-made videos for them. Essentially, his fans were giving him money for nothing in return.

Grift of the magi

After finally finishing cleaning his old apartment on December 24th, Josh quickly ran into financial issues again. On Christmas Day, Josh received a HDMI cable and Axe deodorant from his family. Josh was annoyed with these presents as he was expecting gift cards or even a 3L bottle of his favorite alcohol, Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey.

After having a lackluster four and half-hour live stream on December 26th, Josh went on Discord and told his fans about the gifts he received for Christmas and most importantly, overdrew his account yet again. Josh did not give an exact number for how much he owed his dad but decided to list a large portion of carpet from his old apartment up on Etsy for $666. Josh's fans were bewildered by this choice of selling the whole thing for the high price of $666 instead of cutting it up and selling sections to make even more money. After roughly an hour of the carpet being up on Etsy, Josh removed it without telling any of his fans why. Josh went back onto the fan Discord again later in the day and told his fans that he checked his old PayPal account and had $400 waiting for him.

On December 30th, Josh cut up his carpet into fifteen sections and sold them on his Etsy store for $100 each. Josh neglected to say that the carpet for sale was originally from the walk-in closet at his old apartment. Josh managed to sell two slices of carpet for $100 each as soon as they went up on his Etsy store. Josh's fans were slightly let down after finding out that the carpet was from his walk-in closet and not a section of carpet where his chair and computer desk sat. Most of Josh's fans wanted a section of the carpet where Josh's desk and chair sat because it was widely known that Josh would masturbate and ejaculate on his carpet.

On January the 3rd, 2021, during an interview with a content creator known as Robbie(AKA VTownTheBadGuy), Josh said that he would get a PO Box after he sells all fifteen slices of carpet on Etsy, and would be using his actual address for a return address, opening up Josh to fans/trolls potentially doxxing Josh and revealing his new address to the fandom. On January 4th, Josh would reduce the price of the carpet slices from $100 to $44 and managed to make an additional four sales. while it is unknown where every piece went, it is known that at least one would end up in the hands of Josh's perceived archnemesis, Bitesize Cobra Vids, who would frame it - Presumably to prevent the smell from poisoning him.

Family and carpet woes

On January 7th, Josh reduced the price of the carpet slices again during a livestream to only $34, as Josh's bank account was in the negative again, and he needed to get his Etsy money as fast as possible. Fortunately for Josh, all 15 slices of carpet sold out netting him roughly $594 excluding shipping costs. Around this time, Josh got his $600 stimulus check, but a large amount of the money to pay his dad back for getting Josh's account out of the negative and also to pay for the $200 white paint they used to paint Josh's old apartment. On January 9th, Josh livestreamed and let his fans who bought a slice of carpet that he would try and ship all 15 slices of carpet on Monday the 11th of January.

On January 12th, Josh finally shipped the carpet to all his fans that purchased a slice through late December, early January. Fans began receiving their carpet in the mail on the 14th and 15th and noted that Josh surprisingly did not use his new address as a return address, he used his old address. That very same day, Josh's sister Tiana revealed that shit tested positive for COVID-19. Josh cast a circle of healing on his sister through Facebook.

The Feud with LeeAnn

On January 12th, YouTuber and nurse LeeAnn Michelle created a video called “KingCobraJFS Gender Relations/Only Fans/Dry Spell Continues/Reaction”. This was LeeAnn's third video reacting to one of Josh's channel, the first being back in June 2020. Josh reacted to LeeAnn's third video on a YouTube live stream and some fans compared Josh's reaction to the infamous Facebook live stream he made where he got mad at Homeboy Scotty's sister Carolyn, namely when Josh called Carolyn a “fat nasty cunt” and “was glad she had a miscarriage and lost her twins”. Josh apologized shortly after this live stream and blamed the trolls for saving the livestream. Josh was clearly very angry with LeeAnn's opinions and at one point also called her a fat nasty cunt.

After Josh's reaction to the video, Josh made another video at around 1 AM Casper time and apologized for called LeeAnn a cunt. Josh being Josh, still managed to say in a roundabout way that it was justified. Josh also said that he had received many text messages from trolls calling him a misogynist for calling a woman a cunt, with one troll even pretended to be LeeAnn Michelle's husband. On January 14th, LeeAnn made a video responding to Josh's comments he made about her and even addressed some of the criticism she had received on the KingCobraJFS subreddit, handling the situation very well and saying that her video was just her opinion and that she didn't hate Josh. Josh's fans showed support for LeeAnn because she was the only female to ever come out publicly and challenge Josh's thoughts and beliefs.

A new album and gender relations

Throughout the rest of January and the beginning of February, Josh would go on to exclusively livestream on YouTube. Josh told his fans that he would be improving the dating scene by ranting about gender relations and gender equality, and chose to do by doing nothing but streaming video responses of YouTubers such as Terrance Pop and Hunter Avallone. On January 16th, Josh began working on a new album called Love and Vanity. To the dismay of Josh's fans, the album would be primarily focused around gender relations and gender equality - A low quality album, even by Josh's extremely low standards.

On the very same day, a fan named Homeboy Robbie called Josh and asked him to consider cutting back on gender relations rants and begin streaming on Streamlabs again. This conversation was recorded by Homeboy Robbie and was then leaked and posted on YouTube under the video name “Homeboy Robbie Attempts To Manipulate KingCobraJFS”. This would be a controversial video in the Cobraverse, as many would view this as an attempt to buddy troll Josh similar to a certain Chazz Razz. Josh would go on to ignore Robbie's request, and instead doubled down on his gender relation livestreams and would go live up to three times a day.

Monitorization

The next few months of KingCobraJFS would be of great financial impact for Cobes, starting with his attempts to add content to his Patreon. After almost three months of having a Patreon and not posting exclusive content, Josh finally figured out how to post private/unlisted videos for his patrons. During a chillin livestream on January 29th, Josh recorded his first Patreon video and posted it on his page. Josh said that now he has Patreon figured out, he will be posting more videos soon.

On February 8th, Josh accidentally posted a video meant for Patreon on his YouTube called Cool Cobras. In the video, Josh thanks his Patreon subscribers, takes his shirt off and plays his electric guitar for 3 minutes. Sometime in late February, Josh removed the sexy goth bad boy $40 per month tier from his Patreon without warning. Presumably, this website was simply too much work, and Josh would set his sights on something far more low-effort: The YouTube partner program.

The YouTube partner program would allow Josh to have super chat back on his channel for livestreaming, so his fans could donate. Before Josh had his monetization removed off his channel in 2020, Josh went from making roughly $2,000 from Google AdSense revenue to making no money from YouTube. After waiting since November 17th, 2020, Josh received an email back from YouTube about his application to get monetization back on his channel. During a livestream called “chillin” on February the 11th, Josh read off an automated email response from YouTube telling him that his application was rejected. Josh would understandably upset and said that his drinking, smoking and swearing was the reason why YouTube did not approve his application. Josh would disable comments and the ability to like or dislike his videos the next day, attempting to show off how much he ruled his trolls' sad, pathetic, miserable lives.

The PO Box goes live

On February 28th, Josh made a livestream called “chillin” and let his fans know that he finally got a PO Box. As trolls had managed to find out Josh's apartment building in January, Josh would beg his father for help, and Clint paid for the PO Box in an effort to keep Josh's address private and for Josh to use it to send his wands after they were sold on Etsy. Unfortunately for Josh, his new apartment is almost an hour away from the Post Office. Naturally, Josh made an error and put the number 82601 in his YouTube video descriptions.

On March 5th, Josh went live with a video called “fan mail”. This was the first livestream of him opening up packages he had received from fans. In this livestream, Josh got drunk on Dr. Stones tequila and sang vocal covers with a new pair of headphones with a microphone attached. The livestream got pulled from YouTube due to a copyright notice, but was re-uploaded on the AnonymousCasperWY channel. Josh received many packages over the next few months, but Josh would often open the packages before going live, as he had learned from the mistakes of his last apartment. He would also throw out any troll packages and never acknowledged them on any of his livestreams. As Josh was now opening gifts off-camera, a lot of the appeal of Josh's genuine reactions, good or bad, was lost. As a result, the fan mail would die down in coming months.

Order 66(6)

On April 11th, Josh would disable live chat on his YouTube livestreams, claiming his trolls were spamming his chat with “disgusting things”. Josh's fans and trolls on the KingCobraJFS were enraged and staged a mass unsubbing of Josh's channel. in the span of just a single day, Josh lost over 1,000 subscribers and went from 22k+ to sub 21k. While the unsubbing campaign was happening, Jason Genova of the Delray Misfits placed an order 66 on Josh after a troll reached out to him about Josh disabling his live chat. During a livestream called chillin, on the 12th of April, Josh mocked the subreddit for unsubscribing from his channel. To combat Josh disabling his live chat, a Reddit user created a YouTube channel called KingCobraJFS Restream and posted on the subreddit saying that he would re-broadcast Josh's livestreams with live chat enabled.

A few days later, Josh would upload the absolute masterpiece video “Tactical soap rocks”, in which he would “film a commercial” for tactical soap. In the video, Josh would shred on guitar for 3 minutes, show off his numerous brands of soap, and take a shower while applying his tactical soap off-camera. Josh went live on YouTube shortly after and re-enabled live chat. Josh once again mocked the trolls for getting mad at him and ended the stream after only being live for 9 minutes.

On April 15th, Josh posted four wands on Etsy but only told the Courtney Sucks Discord server. The wands were priced at $50 each and sold out fairly quickly. That same night, Josh uploaded a night video, showed off some gifts he had received from his PO Box. Josh was completely drunk during this video and many assumed he had been sent alcohol by a fan. Josh would enable comments back on his videos shortly after for unknown reasons.
