====== Josh and Physical Health ======

Josh has to be one of the most bizarre specimens in human history not only in terms of physical ability, but also **physical health**. To put it simply, Josh is a shining example of just how resilient the human body is to nonstop torture. He's unbelievably unhealthy, lacks all forms of dietary balance, and that's not starting at all about his dental health.

===== Physiological health =====

Josh's health has rapidly deteriorated over the last 15 years, most notably his overall fat distribution. While during his time in the south center age, Josh would actually remain fairly healthy - Riding bike and occasionally even work out to a limited degree with calisthenics and weight training. This would begin to worsen over time when Cobes moved to the [[places:Conquistador Apartments]] and began to take his sedentary lifestyle way more seriously.

Possibly due to his [[characters:Clint Saunders|dad's]] involvement with physical health, Josh has always attempted to maintain a healthy diet, and up until roughly 2021 would hold overweight people in a low regard - In fact, during [[incidents:b.c_rich_guitar_smashing_incident|The BC Rich Guitar Smashing Incident]] Josh can be seen slapping himself repeatedly while calling himself a "Fucking porker" for eating more than one meal that day.

Josh's actual musculoskeletal health is surprisingly capable for a man who lives an extremely isolated and low-energy lifestyle - As in, he is still capable of movement at all. As of the Trailer Age, Josh has started ballooning in size, quickly rising to overweight.

===== Hairline =====

Baldness runs in Josh's family, and for a prolonged time Josh claimed he had what he dubbed "Trickateria", or in its more medically accurate term, Trichotillomania - The medical condition where you compulsively pull hair from your scalp. While he has sought numerous remedies to maintain the health of his hair follicles, ranging from keeping onions under his bandannas to slicking his remaining hair back with mayonnaise, Josh's hairline is all but extinct.

===== Eyesight =====

Josh's eyesight is assisted by prescription glasses, and he continuously suffers from a lazy eye. In 2020, Josh's lazy eye would worsen to the point that he required surgery.

===== Coordination =====

In terms of coordination, Josh is so bad at coordination that he has been seen walking into walls live on stream. His hand-eye coordination is easily some of the worst ever put on display, failing at simple tasks like using a can opener, and routinely cannot play simple racing video games as seen in Grand Theft Auto 5. 

===== Dental Health =====

Josh's dental health is perhaps the most infamous part of his physical health - Josh has neglected his teeth since childhood. His teeth became infinitely worse over the span of his entire YouTube career, becoming notably worse as time continued. While Josh did in fact go to the dentist in early 2020, it would be short-lived. As of 2025, Josh now eats his food after it has completely cooled off, and as such can no longer eat or drink anything too hot, or even too cold. Four of Josh's teeth had rotted out entirely, and the remainder of his upper teeth are on their last legs.
