Scrapper Steve is a particularly notorious Homeboy of KingCobraJFS, being a zoophile furry who attempted to hit on Summer, Josh's at-the-time girlfriend. Steve would attempt to piggyback off of Josh's internet notoriety, only for it to go poorly, due to being a zoophile who liked fucking goats.

Steve would make his first appearance in The Post-Wendy's Saga when he let Josh help him with hauling scrap, hence the name. Beyond this, Steve and Josh would have little interaction during this phase.

Steve also makes a few cameos during The Rebirth Saga, helping Josh set up his live streaming and having a roundtable discussion with Warlord over sickos, one of many ominous topics in the Cobraverse. Steve makes the uncomfortable statement during this conversation that if he was younger and female, he'd date Josh.

At some point after this, Steve would divorce his wife. Josh mentions later in the Summer Saga that he helped Steve move into his new apartment during this period.

Steve would remain mostly off the radar until The Summer Saga where he would attempt to steal Josh's girl, Summer. Now officially out as a zoophile furry, Steve would attempt to court Summer by suggesting a business deal making fursuits. Called out by Homeboy Scotty on these actions, Steve would try to debunk this statement. Josh would be furious, and would similarly call out Steve on his sicko tendencies.

The bitter civil war rages on as Steve begins to allege that Summer had been sexually assaulted by Josh, and that he had bad hygiene. While the latter is true, Josh and Steve would continue to trash talk each other for months before Steve, Josh, and Scotty, would finally reach an amnesty: The three agreed to a cease-fire, but Steve would only do it if Homeboy Scotty deleted a video Steve had accidentally given him, featuring Steve having sex with a stuffed goat.

Homeboy Scotty would upload this video, and the hostilities would eventually come to pass after Steve's brother helped calm tensions between Josh and Steve.

On June 10th 2018 at 2:11PM, Steve streamed live to Facebook this desperate plea for help from a motel parking lot in Phoenix, Arizona where he was stranded with all of his earthly belongings. He has not been seen or heard from since. His final words broadcasted were “If anybody can help me out, to give me a ride to the bus station, that would be awesome…I would appreciate it. Thanks.” As of 2024, Steve has dropped off the face of the earth. Very little has been done to track Steve's actions, possibly due to lack of interest in following the exploits of a goat-fucking sicko.
