Now I'm not going to bother with seasoning too much on this burger, because it's going to be a sweeter tasting burger. So we're going to go ahead and get our Texas… Toast all toastered up, and then we're going to make the rest of it. What's going to be on it? Well, you'll just have to wait and see right now. I'm streamlabbing while I do this recipe so there you go. It'll be enough to like get it started. I'll drop that in the middle of our pan, directly onto that medium heats. And we're going to melt that butter into a nice puddle in the middle of our pan. We're going to take our frozen beef patty and drop it directly that puddle just directly onto it make sure you get all the paper off of it there we go beautiful all right right there directly onto our buttery puddle. And then we're going to take another little slice of butter and put it on top of our burger. Okay, just that much right there. That's enough butter for this recipe because, trust me on this. You don't want to go too heavy with it. Now. like that butter in the bottom of it is gonna soak into the bottom of it it it's gonna soap into the bottom of it and then when we flip it that butter on top is gonna to melt and it's going to be dink. All right. Now we're going to need some moocerilla cheese for a burger because what's a cheese burger without some cheese? Am I right? It's just a burger, exactly. And shredded mozzarella is kind of hard to stack on a burger so if you can get it in a cube like I did, it makes it easier for stacking a burger. So we got our top bun. Here we're going to address that top bun. But while we're addressing that top bun, this burger needs to be melted in the microwave so the cheese can can just get all gooey-oo-y delicious on top. Oh, yes. I want to stack it so that when it melts it will just melt all over the bacon just like that. Melt all over the bacon and the beef. Uh-huh. Before we dress that top bun we got to watch our cheese here let's go for a 44 second first I don't want the cheese to get too melted but just enough you know I try to cut the cheese haha fart jokes no but I'm serious I tried to cut the cheese no but I'm serious I tried to cut the cheese, ha ha. And that bacon jam is gonna give it a little bit of smokiness to the sandwich and I think I'll pair nicely with the rest of our ingredients. Think it a little bit of smoky barbecue flavor that sweetness. Go ahead and spread that bacon jam around on top of our sandwich. Oh, this, um, uh-huh. It's uncured bacon jam from T.B.J. Gormat. Yeah, this stuff is pretty freaking good. I'm not going to lie. I had a fan of this one. I was like, hold up. Oh yeah. Ah. Now buddy. All right. There's a bacon jam and a multural cheese and a bacon and our beef. Not too shabby my dudes and do that. But what about this top bun? Yeah, this top bun is looking a little blank.
