Before we lay down that steak and season it, we need to prepare our pan for the bottom half of our steak. So we've got some pre-made bacon grease. Look at that culture. Crock butter. We're going to put a splash in it. In the bottom. Now we're going to use that, that in their fork to season up our steak again. But wait on that in the fork to, uh, season up our steak again. But wait on that a second. We'll take our liquid smoke and we'll put a couple drops on top of that butter. Oh, yes. That will do just nicely, you too. Just like that. All right. so now… We're going to pull a steak out. We've got some angus beef. Look at that. Beautiful, just some basic. Nothing too fancy, but there we go. So, uh, angas beef. Yes. And we might just do both pieces. We need another fork. Turn the rise in it. You take a fork and we're going to stab a steak with it. And a stab it through as well. Goes through both sides. And we're doing this because we want to season in both sides with some rust county pain all meat seasoning. We're going to use pretty good stuff, not a sponsor. Get whatever meat season you want to use. So we got a dethod to room temperature where it's nice and squishy. Seizing this side up. Plop that side down first. Then when the season the other side of it. Now we're going to do that. Same god damn stick in this other package here, yes sir. Now I got a knife or a fork. For. Forks. Whatever. I'm using a fork. I want to take this fork and I want to stab it through the other side of the meat. Just to help tenderize it and all that flavor is going to soak into it. And take a knife or a fork.. fork and you want to stab it full of holes while it's nice and we cook it. Now it's just taking it and the fork and stabbing it through until we get it to the other side. Couple holes for both sides. Beautiful. Now we've got that punctured. We're going to add a spinkle of season into this side yes flop that season side down first just like that beautiful wash my hands I'm going to get the season and clean up. I'll get the pan and cover that. Before we continue with the cook and we're going to cover that up real quick. I'll clean up that season and clean up real quick. Don't mind me. Okay. any steak because it's just your basic it's gonna fucking taste good try it kind of thing there's a butter and knife we're gonna throw that in the sink here and attack it before we do we're going to add some flavor into the top of our steaks I take a little bit of that there butter plop it on top a a little down up on that right there. This is definitely cheating food, this is how I make mistakes, a little bit of meat seasoning, some butter, and some beer, and some liquid smoke. liquid smoke. Yes. That's what's up. Don't wash that. Fuck off. So sit back. Look out. We've got a couple more drops of liquid smoke on top of that. So sit back. Look out. We got our liquid smoke. We went up in a couple drops on top of the steak. Just like that. Yeah, so that's enough liquid smoke. We would want too much. Just like the flavor, right? And you can see where all that's in there. Just like that. Beautiful liquid smoke and butter on top. Now we're gonna soak in a beer. You use whatever kind of beer like. So we're gonna pour some butter. Like platinum on top of each one And I'm gonna turn the stove on the stove pan on to a medium the pan heat up yes now I am going to save a little bit of beer for after this side's done cooking so I want to say about that much beer left in the bottle but the rest we can drink so then just open another one cook with Cobra yes now as soon as they stay should done I want to put them on a plate we're going to cut them up, and we're going to make them extra thanke. Yes. Now those sticks are going to cook up in that beer that look what's smoking that butter and that seasoning this recipe worked with any god damn mistake no matter how thick or small just do it up you know what I'm saying you too? And when you give it a flip, pour a splash on top of the other side and let it cook and do a thing. and dank. Now we need to put them on a plate after the bowl, because we've got transfer it to a plate where we can do it up a bit more. Make it more dank. Like what? Cooking in butter and country crock and riddle and some beer wouldn't bank enough. Put in the Ross County meat seasoning on it wasn't enough. I don't know. King cover fan. We want to put some melted cheese on the steak. It's after the thickest of sticks, but it's a basic steak recipe. You look the steak, you thought it was raw, room temperature, poke holes through it, seasonable sides, drop season side down first into butter and liquid smoke, address top with butter, liquid smoke, to make, some beer. Anybody use a flip. You got a little bit of grease but that's easy to have to clean up. To splash a lot of beer on top and what I do with staying. I'm trying to heat down through a nice below medium when it's simmer and that's nice and tender. Yes. Instead of being in a rush to cook. When I cook it nice and as low, low and slow to give it a nice tender rice treat. There's enough grease in that pan to fry up these steaks just beautifully. But with Coble recommend frying his steaks and beer and butter, yes. It's unhealthy, it's delicious, mixture arteries, just dance a clog. I'm feeling like, yeah, that's good. That's like a rare treat every once in a while, or generally you prepare your steaks. Yeah. At least I should not exactly the thickest, but this is my basic preparation for making something like this. Delicious steak. Mmm. If I'm cutting it up into like slices,.. Coughwood just pours beer and liquid smoke and butter and seasoning into a pan. Pokes holes to both sides of the steaks so you can season it can all soak in the flavors beautifully. Yes. It's below medium meat. So, so it'll cook them nice and slow. You wanna rush this? Just wanna cook it nice? Wow, the beer and the butter is tenderized into that fucking meat like your ass. You two, it's going to be like… Now I want a nice medium rare tune I want them to be all like fucking medium well I can help it. Oh yes, well let these cook up and do their thing man. Nice and low and slow. Doing a nice low heat. So all the bucks are already melted in there with the beer just caramelizes on the inside of that. It's the period that works with any sort of steak. and turn that heat back up to a medium and get these cooked a little bit longer.
