two we're making some fish tilapia fillets they're baking in the oven as we speak what I did was I used some country crock original and I'm a whole lot because like barely any because I was out sprinkle of this seasoning that Alex vicar sent me a squirt of this habren narrow honey mustard sauce. A dash of that virgin olive oil. A ton of that chick fillet sauce now. Yeah. And the maca wears all of that together in the one warm delicious sauce. And when it did, and all the fattiness of it mixed with this it made a nice barbecue sweet savory tangy sauce and you can see the mixing blood I pretty much after I did that I crushed up these Cheetos bolitas these are the chili cheese flavor they're really good. And some all-purpose flour. Before I added the flour into the and the chios into that bowl right there, I added a splash of water to cool the sauce off. And then I mixed up the crushed up chitos with the flour and the chick fillet sauce which has egg in it. hoping I'd make a little like you know a crispy crust on the outside of the fish fillet that it's a little sticky so it's not exactly crispy like I was hoping it would be but that's what it is dude it's what it is. We'll see how it turns out man, I'm letting the bake for a little bit longer just to make sure that's fully cooked, you know, because you don't want to eat it wrong unless you're eating sushi, but… the crust on the outside here it's it's not crisping up like I thought it's would oh well I'll go for a little bit longer before I take it out of the oven and the part one on the video was just awfully filmed it is what it is so I told you the ingredients and once I told you the ingredients. And once they mixed all the sauces in the Cheetos together, I pretty much took the tilapia. I rolled it in the fish fillet, tilapia fillets, in the sauce, Cheeto, flour, mixture, whatever. Just trying to make it so that it would like crisp up like they do with like deep fried catfish kind of thing but like yeah no that didn't at best little be a dipping sauce for the fish now I guess. Oh so bitch. We'll see how it turns out man I'll let cook for a bit longer.
