Dente and that's where I'd like to see. The smell coming off those noses is de glorious. I won't let them cool off before I strain the broth and the sink. Leave a little bit of the broth at the bottom for the flavor. And let's check on, uh… Oh, my spam and that's what you're buying up and all that greasy love. So I've definitely was on and on the news. I want to watch the spad because I want it to get too burnt, you know. I like the color on the other side of this here. Yeal. It's looking good. Slip on the piece real quick. And four nice pieces in there, I've stuck a couple in Part One, but that's all right, y'all. We've got us cooking those up, and I want to put them in the bowl, and we'll get on to making it.
