The gap on this is just barely open. A little bit looser than the last time, but you can see them bubbles from menting. So it's important when you're making this in the jug. If you don't have the top or a balloon, you got to release the pressure after the first two hours. Give or take it. That ball starts to get tight. release the pressure after the first two hours, give or take. If the bottle starts to get tight, release the lid. And then just barely leave it on there. That little gap right there, they'll release a lot more quickly than last time. We'll keep burping in for the next 10 to 12 days. And we're going to make ourselves some homemade mango mead.
