up fellow Youtubers I also got you live on Facebook it's your sexy goth bad boy King Cobra JFS coming back at you with another cooking video and in today's cooking video I'll be remaking the Bacon Smores cheeseburger last time I made it turned out pretty good but I felt like it could have turned out better. So I'm going to re-attempt it. And hopefully this version comes out a little bit better. So I'll probably only add butter to one side of it when it's all toasted and said and done. Just to make it easier to eat. Yeah. So let's get that stove turned on, get it warmed up, and then we're about to make a tank asperger or Facebook and YouTube. Oh yes, someone in chat comments, sweet shirt Josh. I would have to agree. The shirt is pretty bad ass. Now we're definitely need a plate for our burger so here's our plate. And we're definitely need two pieces of Texas toast. I'll. I don't eat all this grease. There we go. Dump the grease into my trash can. I don't need all that grease just a little bit but not too much. Now I want to take my Texas toast and when the stove gets hot enough I want to toast them real quick. No seasoning, just toast them. Dankness is on the way. I'm people in chatter saying you need a cell phone we miss the cooking videos the way you used to do them. Yeah. It'll happen eventually. I'm not worried about it right now. Wightly toasted, that's what I like to see. Okay. Okay, my bones are toasted perfectly. Okay, my bones are toasted perfectly. Now, for the bottom bun, where our hamburgers are going, I want to put some country crock butter and some brown sugar on the bottom bun underneath the paddy, where the paddy is going. So, let's try out'm not going. Real easy. I said this burger I made has great potential but the way I made it last time I felt like I could have done a better job making it. So that's what I'm just going to take this country crock butter and this is for our bottom bun or our patty is going to be going. So this is the Bacon Smorse Cheesburger Remade and Dunright. or our patty is going to be going. So this is the Bacon Smorse Cheesburger remade and done right. Yep. That's definitely Country Crock original butter. That's good eats. Now we got our bottom bun toasted up and buttered. We'll add some other stuff to it. I want to take some of this delicious brown sugar and we're going to season our bottom bun with it where the patty's going. and take our bottom bones all that brown sugar and we're gonna spread it just like that into the butter There we go. There's the to cook up a burger panty. This is the Paddy I'm using. Show that logo. 85% lean, 15% fat or 100% pure American. Because this burger is sweets we don't eat any seasoning for the burger just straight patty. So no seasoning for your burger patty. Just cook it as it is While our burger cooks I'm going to address that top bun with some goodies. Go ahead and yeah put the brown sugar up. So while that burger cooks up a bit, what I want to do now is I'm going to take some jiff creamy peanut butter and We're going to spread the peanut butter on top of our burger here or our top bun. There we go. Our top bun. There we go. There's a peanut butter on the top bun because I'm the one eating it I want to use the same pork they want to use the same pork they want to take they want to take some gram cracker and I'll take one half of this gram cracker and we'll put it on the burger. Actually, I'd probably use both half of the gram cracker. Let's put it on the top bun, how bottom and the top bun, how that sound. There we go. Put one on the top bun and then put one on the bottom bun. Just like that I all met when I went into making this burger I didn't have any idea how I was going to make it but after I made it the first time I was like, you know, I was like, you know, I was like this bird could be made better. So our top bun also needs's put the patty on our bottom bun. Turn that stove down to a medium heats while I do this. Okay, now you see the part where we put the butter, the brown sugar, and the gramcracker. Boom! There's our bottom bun. Now I'm going to take our Hershey's spread. Hershey's chocolate spread and we're going to scoop out a gob of this. It should be enough for our burger. This chocolate spread is kind of hard to spread so we'll do our best just spread it all over the top here and don't be afraid to mix your chocolate spread with your jiff peanut butter. That's the magic of this burger. It's got chocolate and peanut butter and marshmallows on it and bananas, right? So… There we go. Whoooee! Now take a look at this, ladies and gentlemen. Our top bun has the chocolate, peanut butter, and the gram cracker. done yet this burger needs some bacon in order for it to be a bacon-smorce cheeseburger and eat some bacon Let's see. What's on? That's right. We've done one of that fork. We're in the sink. All righty, we have some delicious Oscar Meyer thick-cut bacon and I want to bring this back into the kitchen with me so I can address it or address it with the bacon. All right. Back to our brown sugar, we're going to take this thick-cut bacon, YouTube, and Facebook, we're going to take this thick- thick cut bacon. Drop it in there. Wash the hands real quick. All right. I think you have bacon with brown sugar cooked into it already, but it's not thick cut. You see what I'm saying? It's not thick cut bacon. So yeah, Oscar Meyer. Just get some thick cup bacon and sprinkle a little bit of sugar onto your bacon. That beaten is looking pretty good. I'm Oh yeah, baby. All right, so check this, we are pretty much almost done with this burger. Got the bacon put on there, Chriscrossed, looking all nice and proper. Now I want to add a couple more things to this burger here. We're going to need mootsarella cheese and of course marshmallow. So, for the moment being, I want to transfer my top bun and sit it down on the top of my cup. All right down top of the cup, okay, cool beans. Now we can properly address this Bacon Smoreseburger without some cheese. So, what about mozzarella. It's a very mild cheese, very creamy. I want to do it. I want to sprinkle some of that delicious mozzarella cheese cheese for the top of that. Instead of doing four marshmallows that might have been a bit too much. Let's just do two. Break them up in half. Because you gotta remember, all these marshmallows are going to melt. On top of the cheese. So if we do two and tear them off, so they'll make four smaller marshmallows just like that You didn't die here so… You talk a shit. Let's see where it gets you. Got some people who are talking mad shit and it's not gonna get them anywhere But any of who trash cans over here All right Well add this banana as soon as this is done melting. I'm Alrighty. So I nuked it for a minute and four seconds. All righty You have the bacon, the mozzarella cheese, the burger, the brown sugar and butter underneath. That's looking real good. Mmm. And this banana? Mmm. Probably the healthiest thing on this entire burger. Just want to go ahead. Cut like four slices of banana just like that and put it on top Just like that It's good at 360 of that burger so far. It's looking pretty good and last but not least YouTube Our chocolate and peanut butter gram cracker bun for the top bun. Push those bananas down so they stick into that marshmallow. There we go, beautiful. Let's crown this Bacon Smores cheeseburger. Buk! Just like that. I don't know about y'all, but my second attempt at making this, my second attempt at making this burger, boom, beautiful. Just beautiful, look at all that cheese and marshmallow melting all over that Bacon what do you guys think bacon's Morris cheeseb my second attempt looks a lot better than my first attempt. Now that the only seasoning I put on this was some brown sugar and butter and that was on the bottom bun as you saw. I flipped it upside down momentarily because this part right here is a little bit soggy from the butter and the grease but that's all right that's probably gonna make it taste even better. I would definitely say so. Because last time I tried to make this it just fell apart wasn't that you know I'm saying? Yeah last time I tried making this burger It just it was all right, but it could have been better. So I improved upon it Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Mm-hmm. Oh yeah. Look at that cross section baby. This is pretty good. Man, if you're on a diet, don't watch this video. If you hate meat and you hate sweets, don't watch this video. Yeah, second time around, made it just right. First time I made this burger, yeah, it's all right. But this time around, this version is way better. Mmm. That's a messy burger y'all. Mmm. Ah! My job is so quick. Oh man, oh man, oh man, oh man, excuse me that burger was filling, very sweet, a little bit greasy, messy is all hell. Hmm, I'm telling you what, YouTube. The remake on that, perfect. Notice that when I tried to toast the buns with the butter and brown sugar, it melted the bun pretty much. That's why I wanted it on the one side underneath the patty. Oh yes, some Dark Horse Company pipe tobacco. Dark Horse pipe tobacco made in the good, dude. Oh dude, that burger was so good there hit the spot dude. Oh yeah. Last time I tried making that I tried cooking brown sugar into the burger patty, that didn't work. And it ended up giving the burger patty a burn taste. But this time around when I made it, oh dude, that burger was made perfect. Who we? Mmm. Mmm. Who we? Mmm. And a second time around that came out just perfect.
