Check out those crab legs. Let's turn that off. Let the burner cool down. The juices have practically gone to the bottom of the pan. There is some perfectly good looking snow crab legs. I'll let this cool off. The snow is completely cool off of these crab legs, and I'm gonna steam it. I want to rinse them off in cold water and plate them. Because of all that butter, I don't want all that grease from front and break it open you know what I'm saying, I'll get to the crab, you know the legs, it just makes for an unnecessary mess. But we're going to let these crab legs stew in that ocean of goodness. Part three with, part one,, and let them cool off. Cheers, you too. These are looking fantastic. They're as orange as they were, and a little bit orange as you can see, but they're redder in color, as you can see. Look at that steam, as well fresh, snow crev legs, cooked in beer, and white wine.
