I'll let this cool off. The snow is completely cool off of these crab legs, and I'm gonna steam it. I want to rinse them off in cold water and plate them. Because of all that butter, I don't want all that grease from front and break it open you know what I'm saying, I'll get to the crab, you know the legs, it just makes for an unnecessary mess.
