In part one of my How to Make a Chee Ball video, as the two sounds that I was playing or playing together, really loud, you couldn't hear what I was saying. Part one, I was just like, visualize your Tai Chi flowing into your hands. As you meditate, try to picture your hands filling up with the energy like, like water, and it becoming malleable like clay, and you're able to form, form you know try to like visualize the energy flowing through you like water basically and you can take like like a ball for instance or whatever and it's kind of rolling your hands and kind of like visualize you know you're Tai Chi flowing and forming into a ball of sorts that you can hold you know you can hold you know, your Tai Chi flowing and forming into a ball of sorts that you can hold, you know what I'm saying? So part one is just like getting a flow down, okay? This is part two, you want to visualize it, the power of the mind is a beautiful thing, you too. One will align your chakras and the other will also help you relax. The sound of water flowing, it's this ear stimulants. So you're trying to visualize your energy flowing through you like water. You're not able to make a cheap all if you're easily distracted by 10 different things. You're cell phone in someone's Instagram post, what have you. I have 140 tapes left. And when I get money from deathbed, that's going to be going towards brand new cooking videos and I want to make burgers like I used to back in my old apartment if that's something the fans want to see dude by it's the weekend dude by the tapes up. so I'm going to start playing the sounds again check out part one of this is part two and I want you visualized it part three and 4, we'll be learning how to control it and learning how to master it. And we'll discuss those at finer points, but I should be telling you right now that this is not exactly an easy thing to pick up. I've been practicing this for well over 10 years and I'm starting to get the hang of, you know, like I get a good enough Chee Ball Gully, you actually see stuff floating between my hands. That takes years. And really honing your mind. I'm on a journey of discovering discovering true superhuman superpowers. You may think it sounds corny, you may think it sounds nerdy as shit, but I am on that journey of discovering the power of the mind. You know, there were things humans can do beyond their capabilities that once they've unlocked their minds abilities, all of sudden they can levitate, you know, they can do all kinds of amazing things. breathing out focusing your energy all that good things yeah It's relaxing and I think it's a great spot to see. I think the most you have is a good and a good one. And a good one. I have just seen, a big, big, big, big, big, big, and big heart. as you breathe and you feel peace I'm doing. There's no policy, please.. I'm I think that's what I'm I'm I'm I'm I don't want to waste energy. So I'll take a little energy I have left in my hands and then cycle it back into my stomachs chock row like that right there at the center. Read in. You can actually channel your energy into making stuff like this. It just takes practice. But there is part two.
