So, thanks guys. Sweeping, sweep picking. It's basically taking your pick and sweeping the strings up and down like that, while simultaneously keeping your fingers on each string while you do that. So. Downstroke and upstroke. Downstroke and upstroke. Downstroke. Upstroke. Upstroke. We put it together, it's……………wash in my strings, my fingers here. Well once you get the basic three strings sweep down you can do any string on any string on any skill or guitar. That's the cool thing about guitar is once you learn a basic trick like sweeping or string picking or whatever you can apply to anywhere on the fret. So if I want to take… See, just like that. Once you get the basics of it down, you can play anywhere on the guitar. That's the cool thing about playing guitar. I was being random, I thought I was sweeping, it was a basic bump, it becomes really easy. I was being random, I thought they were really sweeping, but once you get the basics up and down… I speed it up because I sound like, oh cool, I'm playing it right. So take it slow and easy and work your way up to speeds. Otherwise you sound like shit and you'll develop a bad habit on guitar. That's what you need to remember when you're playing an instrument. three strings three three strings three I'll do it on the low strings But the more you go up the neck, like going this way towards the neck, the more you see you like isn't here to really arch your hand like that when you're doing it, otherwise you're in a missus string, it's gonna sound like shit when you're playing. So proper technique makes it better guitar player. But once you get the basic techniques down you can apply anywhere on the neck. So… The important thing when sweeping is to make sure your fingers, as soon as you put the string, you switch to the next string and pluck, just keep going up and down, up and down. Because if you would choose, let's say, you know how the string rings off. You want to ring off, you want to just stop as soon as your pluck it and move on to the next string. Like like that instead of instead of going so as soon as it rings you're not doing it right so You know, it's how your picks, you just kind of work with the angles of your pick to find the right, to find the easiest way for you to sweep, you know, that's I don't, I'll kind of switch my picker on here, trying to figure out, you know, how to get. That's called string bending. Wammy bars are a problem because you'll go like that. You know it moves this entire thing right up and out like that which puts your strings out in really quickly. So a better way to be given that one-on-one effect on your string without putting your strings out to it's called string bending, and then moving your finger up and down. Just like that. String bending is really easy to puck a string.
