Original Video: steak and bacon Pt 3

Oh. What up, YouTube. Look at that. These are done. The bacon roses are done with the steak. So it cool off or they're plated. Look at that. Bacon roses? Yeah. I turn it down to a cooler heat. Towards the end of it, so that way that, uh, that we saw all cook up. But yeah, the, uh, the bacon is fully cooked. It's on the chewier side, but it's cooked. You give my bacon roses and the barbecue steak. I let it cool off as fresh out of the oven, and then part four will plate it up, and I'll show you what I'll put it up.
