Now that airlock is down there nice and tight in the balloon isn't really inflating that much but if it does inflate ever so slowly we'll just top the seal. I've given her that tiny little shake to get all that sediment off the plastic ball on the inside just a quick little stir like that. I'm going to watch that balloon like a hawk because if it gets too big. I'm going to lift it. I'll lift it. Let that mean we're going to let it age until the 21st of September. We want to check for alcohol smell. With instant yeast it shouldn't take that long. Tampeco has like 6% sugar. I added more sugars with the yeast to have plenty to feast on. And hopefully it turns into a delicious homemade easy to make honey hooch like honey mango meat. The bar will squishy but it's not like tight, you know. The hole is big enough. But it's very slowly tight, you know, the hole's big enough. It's very slowly releasing pressure into the balloon. The lids on there are nice and tight so that creates a seal. And it'll keep you from spilling. And we'll see how it's how it do. I may move it around to a shelf here. Oh, the guitar bags. The closet is cold, dark, and dry. The fermentation has started. The bottle is squishy so it's not completely pressurized. There is a very tiny hall at the top. I want to watch that damn balloon so I don't over in flight, yo.
