So here's the finished product YouTube. It's fully cooked, however, the tilapia, because of that sauce that I used for or whatever is kind of stuck to the tin foil. If I got to put cooking spray on the tin foil, it is what it is. I hope that piece come off nicely enough. Right. So the batter that I tried to fry or bake onto is kind of crispy like spots but most of all it's just gooey. It kind of just comes off like that. Not exactly how I was hoping it'd turn out. I mean I tried a little bit off camera, it's not bad. The flavor on it, I like. I will say this. It's fully cooked tilapia. It's flaky, it falls apart. It's like the skin, it just falls apart, you know. It's not… Blah! You know, it's not this not, blah, damn it, not the skin, but the fish is what I was trying to say. Like, the piece of it on my fork here. piece of it going in. Now, I will say this. The skin did not get like, crispified on it, like some deep-fried catfish type action. Like, crispified on it, like some deep fried catfish type action. Oh, fuck. God damn it. Smells like Aspergers. Sorry I… I farted. The salapia though is really really good. I mean it's fully cooked. One piece successfully came off the deal here. I mean it's fully cooked so it's edible. You know. The outside, the spices and like the sauces didn't quite do what I wanted it wanted it to do But it added a nice texture to me a little chewier I guess On the outside and the heat coming off of it is very nice Well, hot. The combination of everything that I used to make the outside of it look like that. Tasted it good. Just not as crisp as I'd like. But the flavor profile is working, you know. God damn. Oh, fucking kiss my ass burgers trolls.
