Well, first thing's first you're going to need a plate to assemble your sandwich when you're cooking up your ingredients. All right, so we got our Texas toast. So I guess what's going on this burger? Well I'll show you, I'll show you two of the ingredients you too. Let's see. Uh-huh. This stuff. But yeah, like I said, we're putting swampadelic hot sauce on this burger. We're also going to put the Chicago-style hot, hot gueraradinira, however you pronounce it. This good stuff right here. Just how spicy is this crazy ass burger gonna be, we're about to find out. So go ahead and roll toast up our uh… What the fuck is on that shelf up there? Hold on a second. There we go. Now turning this stove on to high will get it cooked a lot quicker so you're not wasting your time standing in front of a stove like, mmm. We'll go ahead and get our burger and our cheese and all that. Let's see, the cheese and the burger. Now we'll be using the same cheese that we used on the breakfast burger YouTube. Hallecino and Hobbinero Pepperjack cheese for the spicy bacon cheese., the spicy bacon cheese that we used on the breakfast burger YouTube. Hulocino and Hobanero pepper jack cheese for the spicy bacon cheeseburger. Oh yeah. And we're gonna need bacon too, but we'll get to that here in a second. Just yet. Beautiful. nice and perfectly toasted here. So this is what you're looking for when you toast and your buns. Nice, even, lightly browned, beautiful. Both of these look really good. The side, the side, the side, boom, that side. All right. 100% pure beef burgers. 80% lean, 20% fat. That's the best way to do it. You get a burger that's more lean. trash can underneath my vice clamp right now because I'm making wands. But now I'm going to take our Tony seasoning once again and uh when I season our patty just a little bit of Tony's on the patty. There we are. In my opinion, you two, if you get a burger, more lean is tastier. And it's a lot healthier too. Not that I gave a shit about being healthy, but I'm just saying Now as soon as you get this burger cooked up, we'll add the cheese to it, the bacon, all that good stuff. I did promise you a spicy bacon cheeseburger video and I will deliver. I'll just go. And while we're making the burger, I'm going to munch out on these cheesy fries. Actually. You know, you make cheesy fries? Pretty easy fries. Pretty easy. Get a plate full of purely fries. Put your favorite cheese on there. Microwave it. It's with cheeses all melted. Simple as that. All right. Let's add our cheese here. All right, I want to put the burger patty on sandwich just like that. Beautiful. And then we'll take our bacon, cook it up real quick. To the point where it's cooked, but it's not crispy, it's a little bit chewy. I like my bacon with a little bit of chew, I don't know about you. A little bit of chew, a little bit of crispy. Yeah. There's one piece of that bacon. There's one piece of that bacon. Here's the other piece. Now we're going to add to it. We're going to add a couple more things to that burger. Turn off that stove real quick. Look I have a glass of water, I'll be right back. All right, here's where we add the spiciness to our burger. If it really wasn't, if it wasn't spicy enough already, boom! We're going to add the, uh,, the original Chicago style hot girdenera. And we're going to add it, we want to move the sandwich bun over just for a second so we can do this. We're on top of the cheese there. All right. And then what I'm gonna do, I'll throw this paper away little quick. All right. Is I'm going to add… Swampodelicot sauce. Mine blowing swamp heat. Spicier than the devil's pecker. Oh, God damn. Oh man. That's gnarily. Oh shit. it's been a while hasn't it? Yeah. Take a cat full of swamp idyllic and just pour it on to that cheese. Trust me this is going to be on just enough. Okay maybe like a little bit more but not too much more. Just enough for a couple more there we go that burger looks deadly oh oh oh oh oh oh And by now you probably guess what I'm going to do next with it. Now we've got this cheese on top, we're going to take our top bun and then we'll stick it onto the burger just like that. Now what I'm going to do now is I'm going to microwave it so that all that cheese on that top layer melts together with everything. So let's go to the microwave over here and we're going to put it in the microwave for… Let's give it a quick 34 second burst and we'll see how that do. We just want the cheese to get nice and melted. to get nice and melted. And when that cheese melts it'll melt with that swampadelic hot sauce on top of it, so… Yeah. That burger looks hella good but also hella spicy. And maybe another 10 second burst or let's go let's go 24 seconds right there. really fucking melts on there man. Gets it nice and cheesy. Now I'll make sure that Chicago style sticks there under the sandwich. Oh, oh, oh my god. Oh, yeah, baby. Oh my god, oh oh oh yeah, baby. It's just a no-shit moment. And unfortunately I am out of tobacco until I can get some more. But I will make the best of it I guess. I'll get a little bit of money on Monday when I get paid for my job. So that'll be enough to buy a couple packs maybe. Although much about like two packs and then… You just shit ton of pipe tobacco. Because, um… I noticed that pipe tobacco seems to last a lot longer with me than cigarettes do, but… Oh… Let's do but Oh Like the insides of my lips, my tongue, the roof of my mouth, my face, and scalp are all just tingling.
