Timeline of events
- About 15 minutes before the stream, there is over 2.5k viewers waiting for it to start. Clint leaves a comment under the video saying “we have a big thunderstorm brewing in Casper right now. We all know Josh is with us.”
- The stream starts. Clint welcomes us in, with the urn and Shon sitting in the background. Clint notes that he pre-recorded all of the footage, as he felt he wouldn't be able to manage a livestream.
- Clint says that the buildup to the stream hasn't been easy, but figured it was fitting to hold it on Equinox(Easternoth). Clint says he's glad he waited.
- Clint clarifies that Josh's grandmother was flooded with an outcropping of support for Josh's passing and was surprised by it, as he wanted to keep the Saunders family separate from the KingCobraJFS channel.
- Clint trashes the former KingCobraJFS subreddit, noting it as “Gross” and blames them for the meme of him being a bad father, and he had to discuss this with anyone he interacts with in a professional manner. Clint doubles down, saying that he is a “good father, not a perfect father, but a good one.”
- Clint carries on with trashing the subreddit and some of the awful things they did(such as creating deepfake pornography of him and The Boy), saying that he encouraged his clients and family to not look up Josh's YouTube channel.
- The flood of love and support that came in for Josh's passing was overwhelming. Clint chokes back tears over the support that he received, and notes that he read the messages of condolences that he received.
- Clint mentions that he has been the target of serious, malicious action - Roadkill being left on his porch, death threats, and someone even lopsening the lug nuts on his car.
- Before signing off, Clint says he hopes that Josh's haters come to see The Boy as a human's. He uses the phrase Lolcow, saying it as “L-O-L-cows”. He hopes The Troles see him as a human, and not “a toy”.
- The first segment is one of Josh's younger sisters reading a poem written for his passing by Emma Jane Flora.
- Clint wanted to open it with Crazy Train, as it was his ringtone for any time Josh called. He recounts that Ozzy was the first concert he ever took Josh to, and seeing that passion grow.
- Clint speaks on the birth of Josh and his birthing condition, before speaking on his young life and how he would spend time watching Disney movies and hanging out at the gymnastics club. There is a slideshow of pictures never seen of Josh as a child.
- Clint says that “from an early age, we knew he was special - special needs”, and speaks on the numerous hyperfixations he had.
- Josh's first favorite Disney movie was 101 Dalmations, which brought around his pipe smoking obsession. These other obsessions also came from movies like The Fox and The Hound(Shotguns, model Ts) and Aladdin(Cobras, magic, making storms).
- Josh created his own religion, and speaks of The Cobraverse. Surprisingly, Josh used this years before by making a book - The introduction to Cobratin, Cobrecious, and the son King Cobra. This would be the birthplace of The Cult of Cobra. When asked about various aspects of his religion, Josh would go “I haven't figured it out yet”.
- Josh conjured up a thunderstorm - Albeit one to two weeks later. He still took credit for it.
- Josh would have hallucinations that people said mean things to him.
- Clint admits that Josh would have issues getting his driver's license and daydream. This would get bad enough that he'd drift into another world at stop lights. These would also come into animated conversations with himself, which Clint would amusingly interrupt and he would freeze after realizing he was off in another world.
- Josh always picked the exact same pair of glasses frames, which he had worn since he was two years old.
- Clint speaks on the harassment that Josh received literally everywhere, from day one - Clint would be pulled into Josh's 5th grade class to explain to his class why Josh was like that. The bullying never ended, up until the end.
- Tanis makes an appearance, and talks about how Josh would get along with her pet dog, a big black Labrador named Ellen. Josh infamously said “You can keep Dad if I can keep Ellen.” at the time.
- Tanis mentions that Josh had an affinity for animals, that he could calm any animal who he met. He was a natural rider, according to Tanis. He apparently even maintained a family of spiders during his time in North Dakota.
- Tanis speaks some more on how Josh would have a way with dogs, namely Chance - Chance was a misfit who Josh helped with. After his passing, Josh put a Cobra Craft Wands sticker on his urn.
- Tanis talks about how Josh lost Puff Saunders for the most Josh reason possible: Josh wanted Puff to get some fresh air.
- Josh went to great lengths to get a photo of Princess Leia signed by Carrie Fisher for Tanis.
- Clint returns, talking about how Josh one day just decided he was goth. Before he decided he was goth, Josh's favorite color was pink.
- Josh has been doing Drink Combos and food hacks since literally forever, and shares a memory when Josh spiked his grandmother's coffee with dish soap.
- Clint talks about the Cooking With Cobra channel, and how Josh almost never made much money from it - He also spoke about how Josh's wands could have been a major hit, but he was more interested in winning the lottery.
- Josh's younger sister comes on to talk about all the memories she had as a child, playing video games, watching scary shows, and ghost hunting in their own basement.
- Josh's sister mentions that she regrets that he'll never get to meet his niece. The grief is evident. She mentions that she'll never be able to hear a thunderstorm without thinking of Josh. She regrets not being able to tell him how much she loved him.
- Clint comes back on, and talks about how he would help people around him, despite how he looked. Josh would let random people in to have a beer on account of his YouTube fame. Clint recounted how Josh got into trouble one time for having 10 people stay with him, because “they had nowhere to go”.
- Clint talks about how time means nothing to Josh, and that money meant even less to him. Pressuring Josh into hurrying up would just make him “have one of these autistic fits”. Josh would have his own comedy routine in the shower and laugh at his own jokes.
- In the last trips he had, Josh would get stopped at every gas station, airport, or anywhere, fans would recognize him.
- Clint speaks about how Josh adored music, and found it difficult to learn music, trying on piano, violin, and even harp. Josh was smart enough to know that he wasn't good, but not smart enough to improve.
- Despite pushing people away, Josh would always return and apologize to his dad for his actions.
- Clint gives a shoutout to Deathbed Tapes, talking about how important it was that Josh was a published rockstar. Clint chokes up a bit, saying that Josh didn't have a lot of self-worth, but having his own record deal meant a lot to him.
- Clint talks about Josh's ODD and ability to call out reverse psychology, and how there's many people who went out of their way to help him. Despite this, Josh had to do it his own way. Clint also shouts out “Exhumed images”(ExhumedVisions).
- Clint breaks out the horseradish story - Clint offered him some horseradish to try, and when he went to take a whole spoonful, Clint tried to stop him from taking the whole thing. Josh gave him a look, and after eating the whole thing, instantly regretted it.
- Harry Potter was Josh's first literary love. Josh's entire family was Harry Potter nerds, but Josh was a cut above at remembering Harry Potter lore.
- After moving out, Josh would become ruthlessly self-reliant, blocking Clint on every platform possible to prevent homedad Clint from “bossing him around”. Clint admits that he did try to “mold him differently” than the path Josh took.
- The slide of Josh wearing the “I'd rather beat off to women than beat women” shirt appears as Clint speaks about how Josh would walk to the beat of his own drum. Clint says that he learned more from Josh that Clint ever taught him.
- Clint breaks down once more, and has a toast to his son's memory. Clint says Josh did something few people ever could do by being famous. Clint says he's proud to be Josh's dad, breaking into tears.
- The stream ends with one of Josh's songs, and Josh's answering machine message with a backdrop of all of Josh's possessions - The BC Rich Warlock, Shon, his urn, and other various effects.
- Ladies and gentlemen, Josh Saunders has left the building.
