Josh being an alcoholic is naturally attracted to numerous bars and watering holes across Casper.

The CY Discount Liquor and The Backdoor Lounge is a local bar and liquor store based in south Casper. The CY used to be Josh's local bar he would frequent fairly often with Michael Baldwin and friends after The Sandbar was closed in 2016.

On July 22nd, 2020 Josh livestreamed on YouTube and the video was named chillin. During the livestream, Josh said that he was kicked out of the CY bar the day prior for “having too much to drink”. Josh said he only had one mixed drink and two pitchers of beer, Josh claimed he can handle his alcohol but fans that both watch and have met Josh said that Josh talks and sings to himself when he's had too much to drink. Josh claimed he went to order one last pitcher of Bud Light and was going to leave a big tip and then leave but the girl bartender he did not know cut him off. Josh being quite drunk tried proving to her that he wasn't that drunk by walking a straight line but the bartender allegedly called him an asshole and told him to leave. Josh claimed he went outside to unlock his bike chain and ride his bike home and the bartender followed him outside and told him not to get mad. Josh said he wasn't mad and that the bartender was the one who was mad because he proved her wrong and that he wasn't that drunk. Josh said that he was wearing his Bond Tactical Soap and all the girls in the bar where saying he smelt good. Josh was upset that he was kicked out of the bar after giving them years of free advertising on his YouTube channel.

Josh would spend the remainder of the summer flip-flopping on whether or not he would attempt to make amends. Unfortunately, the ban would stay in effect and Josh would take his business elsewhere.

• On August 19th, 2019 Josh uploaded a video called “chillin at the cy bar and rant” where he plugged the bar, saying that he was on his second pitcher of Bud Light and that the CY was the only bar in town where you can drink early in the weekday. Josh was wearing his iconic sleeveless zombie shirt he's been wearing since he first started making videos on YouTube in 2010 and jean shorts. Josh ranted about double standards and body positivity for women and then headed inside the bar to drink a Bud Light and sang to Sounds of Silence by Disturbed.
• On August 24th, 2019 Josh was swatted during a livestream. He uploaded a video called “Haveing a drink at the CY bar” where he was standing outside and talks about ordered his favorite drink combo: A Madori, Red Bull, Pineapple juice and Jack Daniels drink, aka The Candy Cobra. Speaking about being swatted. Josh said that the swatting was being investigated and said that he got a lot of sympathy from the Casper PD. Josh ended the video finishing his cigarette and heading inside to drink his mixed drink.
• On November 24th, 2019 Josh uploaded a video called “Chillin at the CY bar” where he drank his favourite drink The Candy Cobra. Josh also ordered chicken strips, macaroni cheese bites and some mozzarella sticks.
• The CY bar can briefly be seen in the second documentary by the Mountain Wizards “KingCobraJFS: Now it's a Party!” during darfliny's interview outside the bar and some footage of inside the bar where Josh, darfliny b, and his wife can be seen having fun and drinking.

Frosty's Bar and Grill (or Frosty's as it's commonly called) is Josh's local and closest bar that he frequents quite regularly on and off camera. In 2011 the owners of The Sandbar Lounge received ownership of Frosty's. Frosty's alongside The Sandbar Lounge was one of five bars in Casper that refused to enforce the no smoking ban for a short period when it came into effect in 2016 and 2020.

Frosty's is located in downtown Casper right next to Mountain Sports.

Throughout the years Josh would upload short videos recorded with his phone of him drinking a pint of beer, usually with really loud music in the background.

• On the July 9th, 2015 Josh uploaded what is believed to be his first video in Frosty's called “Went to Frostys Bar and Grill”. The video was only 22 seconds long and consisted of Josh pulling a face at the camera and taking a sip of his beer.
• On February 9th, 2016 during a video called “Ranting”, Josh said that Frosty's every Tuesday would hold a free jam night where musicians could bring in their instruments and play for the bar. Josh said that he would enjoy bringing his guitar and shredding, but either by noticing or being told to stop, his guitar playing would drive away customers. Josh, perhaps out of embarrassment, stopped brining his guitar to jam nights and focused on getting better at guitar in his apartment.
• On October 10th, 2019 Josh uploaded “haveing a beer at Frostys Bar and grill” where Josh starts off talking outside the bar about his Tactical Soap arriving and mentioning that he will be heading over to the Ash Premium Cigar Store the day after. Josh walked into the bar and got a compliment from female bartender before order a pitcher of Bud Light.
• On February 22nd, 2020 Josh uploaded the video to Facebook called “Hanging out at Frostys” drinking a beer and then uploaded a video the next day called “Burger time At Frostys” where he ate a fairly large burger on his own.
• In early March 2020, the group who filmed the second documentary “KingCobraJFS: Now It's a Party!”, the Mountain Wizards, took Josh to Frosty's to discuss the documentary prior to filming. It is common knowledge that when fans come to visit Josh in person, they usually take him for a drink at Frosty's.
• On August 3rd, 2020 Josh took a break from making wands with Alex Campbell and went to Frosty's and ordered a pitcher of Bud Light during the video named “Chillin”.
• After Josh was banned/86'd from The CY Bar in late July 2020, Josh would for the most part exclusively only drink at Frosty's and The Office Bar and Grill.
• On November 7th, 2020, during The Eviction Saga, Josh uploaded a video called Southwestern Chicken. Josh ate a chicken melt, spoke a little about Joe Biden winning the 2020 Presidential Election and said that he's still looking for a new apartment.
