Well, we've got ourselves a wine update. This is that Cherry Peach Banana Mango Meat I've been making for the last 10 days. And we're going to filter it into a clean jar. I'll. Take the lid off and have a smell less suggestive. Now I need to clean, nice, and put a good. Nice. Something to scrape the fruit out. Put it in here. Taking that knife and I'm going to stir it around. I want to stir it around. I want to grab pouring the liquid through here. I'll put it on top of our jar just like that. I want to try pouring the liquid through here. I'm I like to strain the fruit out of my meat after 10 days. It's like 3, 4 o'clock in the morning so don't mind me. So everything going on I've been like a bit of a nervous wreck to say the least but I will things will get better I got a good feeling. Kind of like strain that out, rinse it off. That's a really pretty color of wine too, I like that. So it's not a scrape out the fruit, we'll just straight it in there. I use an entire packet of turbo yeast. Social media, it is a 48 hour yeast that like 14% by alcohol volume in like 14 hours or excuse me blah in 48 hours blah sorry I meant to say 48 my bad but yeah this turbo yeast will ferment the alcohol out to 14% by alcohol volume in like 48 hours and if you give it a week it'll proof out to like 20% alcohol by volume. so I literally gave it's what you call I gave it 10 days literally gave it what you call, I gave it 10 days. Me too mess. I made a mess. I made a mess. I'm I'm I got most of it where it's all just like the yeast and like the rotten fruit. Although the fruit's not running, it's fermenting. That's all the liquid. I can get out of it. I have to add some soap to our jar to wash her out. Hot water. That's like half a jar of homemade meat. All the liquid's been strained out of it. Not too shabby. But that's not going to do shit for us folks. So I'm thinking… We're going to add some water to it. Yeah, it smells delicious. I ain't going to add some of our filtered water. Make this jar wine a little bit bigger. Make this jar wine a little bit bigger now. Should I try a couple of it to see how it tastes, YouTube, Facebook, social media? I think I'll. Now if I pour myself a glass it'll still be full. Oh here's the wine. Cherry Peach Banana Mango with a 48 hour turbo yeast. Add the entire packet in there. Like I said, that 48 hour turbo yeast will give you 14% alcohol by volume and like 48 hours. But then if you let it ferment for a whole week, you'll get 20% alcohol by volume in like a week. But I let's ferment in there for like for like at least 10 days. And I spilled it all over the place. Some for finding puff, right? I will find puff. Just gotta keep looking. I can taste the mango and I can taste the cherries, the peaches, and a little bit of that banana. I didn't quite taste what I was expecting it to taste like. But that's not bad. That's not bad.
