Pizza pie

Original Video: Pizza pie

Transcript

What is up fellow Youtbers? It's your… Casper Bad Boy, back at you with another video. And right now I'm making a pizza pie. Literally. There are a couple of ingredients I wanted to like pre-cooked before actually making the pie. And just some of the pre- cooking stuff on another video which I'm still filming right there. Hey, hey, double videos. All right, so I want to unplug the phone. Now in this here, Pizza Pie, we're going to use this as the crust, literal groundcracker crust, because why not? crust, literal ground cracker crust because why not? And I throw in some taters and some beef and some bacon, some pork grinds, some gerrinos, some of those cheesy cheese puff, polypino stuffs, some pepperoni, some cheese, some sauce. Who knows how it's gonna taste? but we're about to find out. Now I got a burger patty cooked out for the pie. These are ready to go as well. And before I fry up these french fries for the pie, how do you cut him to make him look like french fries you cut him? going down the potato and then you flip it over and do the same thing and when you do that You're gonna get these longer cube-shaped classic french fry shape. Yeah, I'm gonna leave the skin on them just because when I was feeling lazy and yeah all right, so now we got our burger patty cooked up. We're going to turn the stove back up to eight. And go to the oven pre-heated. Let's go with……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. 420 degrees. And there we go. Get an oven on the preheets that way when we go to stick the pie and we'll be ready to go. All right so let's um hmm is there a way to yes there is kind of angle it so we can see what we're doing on the stove here there we go just like that all right cool. So now we got some of this black label thick cut bacon from Hormel and want to open it up and we're going to get ourselves a couple's the fun of trying new food as you might like it. Sometimes, YouTube, food that looks gross or weird, may be really tasty. And you wouldn't know if you're too scared to try it. There. And there's literally a whole world of food out there just waiting to be explored. All kinds of tasty stuff you can try. So I want to take two pieces of this bacon for this pie. All right, take two pieces of our bacon, tear it in half to make four smaller pieces, makes it a little bit easier to cook up. It gets you like that stash last week and then for that little last little piece that I'm there. Beep, eat it for it. All right, I'll wash my hands real quick and put that baking on it. Oh, yeah. I drive my hands off real quick. I put a base on it. There's a little bit. I drive a bit more than a sinner. I got my hands off real quick. I didn't really wash that spatula handle off because I did touch it when, out. I might have to try them out. I might have to try them out on a burger sometimes for sure. But I've had this recipe in out on a burger sometimes for sure. But I've had this recipe in the back of my mind for almost two days now. When I get a recipe inside my head, I start planning it out. And when I plan it out, I figure out, okay, where we need… How are we going to build this so that it works? These two pieces in the middle look like we're just about going. If you still have turned up pretty high, so they didn't take too long, you can just cook that. You know, when you're cooking baking, you definitely want to make sure it's not pink. You want bacon that's nice and tan, golden brown and nice and crispy. And the reason why you too, you don't want to eat bacon that's undercooked is because it's bad for you. That can get you really really really really sick. That piece is done. Keep in mind this bacon's gonna cook up even more when I put it in the pie and cook it in the oven. So if it's just barely cooked to nice and chewy, it'll get nice. It'll get a bit more crispy when we put it in the oven. Like, what's he making? He's making a pizza pie. I literally put in pizza and all kinds of stuff in the… Now that our pan is starting to fill up with bacon grease, delicious bacon grease, delicious burger grease. We're going to throw in a little bit of vegetable oil and we're going to drop them taters in there and we're going to fry up the potato slices and all that grease and vegetable oil is going to really, yeah, bring it to the next level. A little bit longer on these other sides. That bacon looks good enough to eat already. But we gotta see it for the pie. Okay, that bacon is done. We're going to transfer it to our product plates over here. Okay. So we've got a little bit of grease going in there with that bacon grease grease but we're just going to add a little bit of vegetable oil that way we're not completely. There we go. We don't need a whole lot for these just a little bit. We might add more, if need be, but now all those potatoes we chopped up. Then I throw them in the pan. and watch out that oil is going to pop. It's amazing to get cut all the way. But that's alright. I want to put that's bad for it. And those potatoes are getting cut all the way, all the way through, and I've done it like that. Yeah, we got just enough that maybe a little bit more wouldn't hurt. There you go, perfect. The perfect amount of oil in there. It is barely below the surface. We're not even close. There's just nothing there to kind of you know. to cook these potatoes. And this vegetable oil grease mixture. And while they're cooking up in there, we're gonna add something else to these taters to make them real nice and tender with that vegetable oil. We're going to add something. We're going to add a little bit of butter of butter there. and that butter is going to melt in with that vegetable oil. all over the potatoes, taking that fork and I'm stabbing that chunk of butter and just rubbing it all over my french fries. Then when it mixes with that hot vegetable oil, it just melts it even faster. And this is what you're looking for when you want to make some bomb-ass french fries. YouTube. forward to make when you want to make some bomb-ass french fries YouTube and you're going to see just how simple it is. Give it a light wash just enough to get it clean, cut them up, put them in the oil. If you're on a diet, don't watch. How do you know when they're done? Good question you two. I'll show you what it looks like in this buttery, bacon, beef, vegetable oil, concoction of which I am cooking these bomb-ass french fries in. You'll know when they're done because it'll start to kind of float to the top just a little bit. You like french fries? You put a little bit of salt on these after you're done cooking them? There you go. Just that easy. And let me tell you something, you too. If you haven't had homemade french fries, you're missing. Thank you, Evan. If you haven't had homemade french fries you're missing. Thank you oven. If you haven't had homemade french fries you're missing out. Anything just because it's homemade you think oh it's going to be super difficult? No. No. Last time I tried to make homemade french fries they were a disaster. But I learned a couple of tricks from some friends of mine who know how to cook. And I'm going to take the knowledge that I've learned and apply it to a cooking video so I can share the knowledge. Because knowledge is power. You too. Knowledge is power. Right now I'm just taking my fork and I'm kind of stirring the fries around a bit. And they don't even have to be perfect, you know, perfectly cut. You could just use butter and potatoes to make french fries and vegetable oil. Really, that's all you need. But I'm adding the burger grease and the baking grease for extra flavor. The next time you go to make a bacon cheese burger, save the grease from your burgers and bacon and use that to cook your homemade french fries to go with your burger. I guarantee you. I know what you're thinking. Well, it's about damn time we've seen a homemade french fry video. You see all these burger videos. And it's like, well, what about some french fries to go with my burger, man? I got you, YouTube. Hold on a second. Just keep stirring these around. Hold on a second. There we go. Pick up the camera out. Hold on. There we go. I adjust my hand so I can get the fork out. There we go. Had the fork in the camera and the same phone. But the fork in the camera and the same hand. Yeah, I meant to say hand, not phone, but there you go. Anyways, you see, this is how you do it. All that beef and bacon grease with the butter and the vegetable oil. Just enough that they kind of float when they're done. See that? Yeah. This pan is a little wobbly so I'm going to go like that. Just like that. longer, but we'll at least be done with the top of the oven to make our pie. And we'll be done with the stove at least with the top of it. We're going to need the oven to make our pie. So, um… But we'll at least be done with the, uh, the top of the oven. So, or at least be done with the top of the oven. What do you think, you too? These are starting to look pretty good. I want them to get too burnt. And like I said, who cares? And they're not cut perfectly as long as you make them delicious. Alright…………. See now they're all starting to float to the top, we get the nice golden brown, beautiful. Okay, that needs to go off, or transfer over here, off of that hot burner, one second, you too, we're going to take them… One second, YouTube, we're going to take our delicious fresh off the stove, french fries. And we're going to transfer over to our plate right here. So like, this is how you may call me French fries, YouTube. Super easy. A lot of these fast food restaurants make it look so difficult. I'm just like no No get out of here with that These fast and easy to make french fries taste better than any fast food restaurant. I guarantee you what's going to make them taste better is that you made them. You made it, you know what I'm saying? And now that's… I almost got… There's like four more left, three to four more left maybe five more left in the pan A nice thing about homemade french fries. Not only are they super easy to make, but holy crap are they cheap. Potatoes are not expensive, man, and that's the nice thing about it. So take a look, let's take a look here and see what we got. Oh, oh my God. Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! but nice and thin and they're a little bit crispy on the outside. But nice and chewy on the inside. Oh, no, you get a big, get back here. Get back here. Hot. Hot to my life that's hot. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Then of course you got your french fries like this one right here. Homemade french fries YouTube that's only a part of this cooking video. Oh my god YouTube these homemade fries are the bomb. Like I was gonna put salt on it but there's already so much salt in the grease of the burger and the beef paddy you know there's already plenty of salt on bacon and plenty of salt on beef even before you cook it so really it's not going to be that necessary Hang on a second. Well we've got our pre-cooked stuff cooked. What are we going to do next? We need to get our pie crust going. So we've got our oven pre-heated, we've got our pie crust opened up. So now we're going to take our pie crust and start filling it with stuff. I don't know how it's going to taste or how it's going to do, but all we can do is try YouTube. We need some pepperonies. We need some cheese. And we need some cheese and we need the sauce they are running out of space here on this counter it's going to put some of it over here we start off with a little bit of sauce. Some of this prego roasted garlic promisone. And you don't need a whole lot. Just a little bit to kind of put on the bottom here to kind of dab it all here just a little bit. We'll start off with a little bit. Just like that. Now we're going to add pepperoines to the outside of it first. So we got these pepperoines right here. Bigel slices of pepperine. And we're going to open it up. Let's see. It says open here. Yeah, I don't see the tear. Oh wait, here we go. All right, we ended up using all of these in the pie anyway, so who cares? We're going to, um… Start breaking these apart. And just to help with the base of it, we're going to put some pepperonis on the bottom on top of that sauce. Because we want we want this to stabilize when we cook it So now it will begin the very painstaking process of Right. Boom, you already know what's up. If you like these cooking videos, subscribe for more. The only thing about the, um, the cooking video part on my computer at least, and I'm filling right now, is that you're not going to see the up close and personal like you are right now. So. like you are right now. So… So we're going to add this… And I want to put more to where it kind of, you know, comes up on the inside too, just a little bit. We got more pepperonis that we can use. So we end up using that whole package, that smaller package on the inside here. Nothing wrong with that, because this will start the layers nicely. This is already starting to look pretty delicious, yo. I'm not going to lie. All right. So now we have all of our pepper I'll add some other stuff to it. Let's see. There we go. Okay. Now we add some other stuff to it. Let's see. Oh, excuse me. I farted. Smells like Aspergers. Let's start adding our chips to it. We got the hers, jalapeno poppers. Not gender-based, just the name of the company. Not a sponsor, it's free advertisement. And you can already plainly see I've already polished off the entire bag.,, by the way. And I want to take, you know, I want to crush them up. Let's look at our chips to the mix. At this point, you're probably thinking yourself, what and the, where you smoke and when you came up with this? Don't worry about it. Like by saying some humor or not. Okay, there's those six Cheetos crushed up right there and again we don't want to go like over that silver line when we bake it so we're just about out of room here so we better hurry up not add too many more chips to the nice kind of maybe some pork grind and before adding more chips for any more chips for any more chips for any more chips for Maybe some pork grinds. Maybe some pork grind. And before adding more chips for this, we gotta save these pork vines for later, but that's definitely enough pork vine. What do you think of that so far as that look weird? Yeah, it does look weird, but you know what? That's why you watch it in your minute. Okay, you want to add just a little bit of gerrinos and that will be up for the chips. Right on top of those pork grines. Now on top of our chips we're going to add some potatoes. Put a couple of our chips we're going to add some potatoes. We put a couple on here so you can then we'll show you what it looks like before we finish doing other stuff to it. And… Now is this um, is this pie going to be healthy? No, is this pie going to be healthy? No, pie is usually never healthy to be healthy. No, pie is usually never healthy to be fair. And that's what makes it so good. But the only thing healthy in about this pie will be the amount of protein we put into it. So… I want to add some………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… the amount of protein we put into it. So I want to add some bacon on top of these potatoes. And the only reason I'm doing that is because the pork grinds are like right there. And I feel like… I feel like the bacon and the pork grinds are like right there and I feel like I feel like the bacon and the pork grinds will complement each other very nicely. And if we tear it up really really really small we should have room for all four pieces that we cooked up. Now this is something different to try for sure out of the realm of ordinary. I mean, most people wouldn't put this kind of stuff in a pie crust. Most people would put like cherries or peaches or pecans. But we do things a little bit differently on my channel YouTube. Yes, we do. Just enough room for the bacon. And I'll do the beef and the pepperonies on top of everything. With the cheese, because that'll just yeah you got to get our pie filling going so that's exactly what we're doing is breaking it up breaking it's baking this baking up like a bad relationship oh all right beautiful I didn't have any napkins handy. I was just kind of getting you know the crumbs off it had any napkins handy. I was just kind of getting you know the crumbs off it. It was just kind of getting you know the a crumbs off it. It didn't get on my shirt… It didn't get any nap in handy. I was just kind of getting, you know, the crumbs off. It didn't get on my shirt or anything, it's just getting it off my hands. Okay, so we definitely got a couple of french fries left over to snack on, only wait for the pie to cook up. the pie to cook up. for the last of our ingredients here, which is going to be some beef, some pepperoni, and some cheese, and some sauce. So, we'll do another layer of sauce on top, but we don't eat a whole lot of it, though, just a little bit more on top. And I'm just doing a nice little, pretty little dabs of sauce, of pizza sauce on top. There we go. Mmm. I'm going to be a little bit more right there. Come on. Come on. Come on. There we go. This is a good looking pine so far, I'm not going to lie. All right, so I just want to put our tasty tomato sauce away and take a look at this pie so far. Look at all that. Oh, that isn't that pretty? Yeah. All right. So now we're going to add some cheese to the top. What's a pizza without some mozzarella? I've got mozzarella pizza cheese. I'm going to open it up and we're going to sprinkle some cheese and some pepperoni and some beef on top. I could put, actually know what I want to do, before I do anything, let's put the beef on top of the bacon. That's what I'm feeling for this recipe. I take our beef. Let's put the beef on top of the bacon. That's what I'm feeling for this recipe. I want to take our beef and tear it up into tiny little chunks and put it on top of the bacon. I'll show you what that looks like second all right I'm gonna wash my hands off feel greasy. I'll clean it up here in a second. All right. I'm going to wash my hands off real quick because my hands are all greasy. I'm driving my hands off, I come on to you too. I forgot I was still on a video on photo books. I'm getting, or not photo book, but quips I'm going to get into this other video here making this pie. I'll quit on a chrome for a second. camera real quick. Okay, so this is where our pile looks like so far. It's looking pretty good. Just a quick glance. Oh, YouTube. Take a look at that. Oh yeah. Now we're talking. We're rocking. All right. so now I'm going to add a sprinkle of cheese on top. Wait, cheese? What is this cheesecake? I thought it was a pie. Ah! Okay, there's my bad joke for the video. Ignore that one. Sprinkle the cheese on top and we're going to spread it all over the top of our pie. What do you think, YouTube? Is this pizza pie crazy enough to be watched? Is it crazy enough to be a Gothic King Cobra recipe? I don't know. It looks pretty good. I'm not going to lie. There we go. That should be enough cheese. You just spread that around a bit. We do like sprinkle more right over here. And we don't want to overfill it so this is just about done. Do you see anybody else on YouTube making recipes like this? No you don't. stupid and a waste. It tastes good but, but, but, um, no, that's just not necessary. This is a pretty big bag and a big bag of last year while. So now what I want to do is a, six of pepper oil is on top. Put it on top of our cheese. Give you a nice little placement here. Go in. next party I guarantee you nobody's gonna know what the heck it is like what is it and all you can tell him is it's a meat and potato pie that's basically what it is we're gonna have sweet from that groundcracker crust salty from everything else and I have a feeling this will be quite delectable for everything else and I have a feeling this will be quite delectable although I've never tried a pie like this before people are always asking me these questions like hey Cobes can you bake and I'm like well I don't know if I call this baking I don't know what the heck you'd call it, like next level cooking is what I call it. and there we go. do it one more in the middle. And they want to eat one on camera because I can. Oh, oh, yummy. put some more of the french fries on top of the pie on top of our pepperoni. Why not? Let's take a look at all that cheese, all that pepperoni, that's looking real good. Just going to take a couple of these French ain't a lot. Right. Now you know what? What's gonna… Yeah. Could we? Should we? Why not? I'm going to go ahead and stick these potatoes into our pie, have them sticking out just like that. I'm going to stab it into our pizza pie. We'll just lay it on top, it don't matter. All that cheese is going to melt, it's going to make everything gooey delicious. Some of the stiffer ones we can just stick in there. Instead of snacking on these potatoes while we bake our pie, we can just go ahead and throw right on top of our pepperoni. Mm. Buea-gaw. All right, so oh yeah, there's a little bit of I'll clean the stove later right now. We're in the midst of something great YouTube something beautiful something beautiful has been created and just for a little bit of extra goodness I might sprinkle a light sprinkle with cheese on top. just to keep them taters and the pepperoni from sliding around. Just to keep them potatoes and the pepperoni from sliding around. Let's do one more sprinkle of cheese on top, but not a very big one, just enough to, you know, kind of hold everything down. But cutting this pie is definitely going to be interesting, that's no lie. I have no idea how it's going to turn out, or even more importantly, how it's going to taste. But I'm sure it'll be just fine. I noticed though that the pie crust was a little bit deformed in the packaging. That could be because when the fans sent it could have have gotten squished you know in the mail that happens. Oh biggie. Kind of stretch it back out a bit. I'm hoping that the grease for all the food will bake into that crust. No, it should be fine. I think you're supposed to add butter to the crust when you're making it from scratch, if I remember correctly. I think pre-made pizza crust, or excuse me, pre-made pie cost already comes with, oh, excuse me, smell like Aspergers. I think pre-made pie crust tones was in there already so all right tubes there is our pie we are ready to go yo so what I want to do is I want to turn the oven on to timer Let's bake it for 20 minutes and see degrees that should do it. And now you too let's do a couple things here real quick now that our pies in the oven. I know it's the countertop the side of the stove is a little bit messy so I'll take care of that real quick. that's just part of cooking you got to clean up after you're done cooking the food, eating the food, cooking and eating the food are the best parts. Nobody likes to clean up, but a good chef will always clean up after their cooking mess. And that's just common, fucking knowledge man. I spent, pardon my French YouTube, but I'm just saying, like, there's so many unhealthy things that could go wrong if you don't, you know, yeah. Fudging is where I should say. Pardon my French fudge, fudging pickles. Oh man. I got some oven cleaner I'd probably be able to use on this and that's probably what it's going to take to get down off. Well, I'll definitely be cleaning up the stove for sure. I get most of it at least, cleaned up, save a little bit for later because, you I don't have time to wait for oven cleaner to sit and dry right now I'm in the middle of a cooking video but this is uh yeah that's how you do it tubes Yeah. But that's just beside the point. Well any who, tubes, I want to end the video over here on… on this part, right here, on the Quick Time player. Yeah. That video's ending. Or that video ends, this one continues. Or that video ends, this one continues. Now, check this out. This video I'm filming on my phone literally only took me 49 minutes so far to make. So, this definitely cut down on my cook time by a lot. The video on my desktop is going to be saved, I'm going to call it pre-ook. P-R-E-C-O-O-O-O-K-I-N-G. All right, so now the video I made on my desktop is going to be called pre- cooking, and that's about the truth of it. pre- cooking and that's about the truth of it. That video I recorded on my computer is like an hour long so it's gonna take a while for that too. Um, yeah. And while I wait for our delicious pie to cook up, uh, relax. You shouldn't smoke, it's, uh, relax. You shouldn't smoke, it's bad for you. I know I'm a hypocrite for saying it, but trust and belief. These things are so addicting. Yum Yum. Had some people hit me up wanting to hang out after I got done grocery shop and I says, well let me make a cooking video first. Making a pizza pie, huh? Literally. That's what it's all about, man. You make a goal and you set it. You make it happen. Tubbs. I had a goal in mind of I want to make something that no one's ever seen and put it up on YouTube. That was my goal. I want to make something that no one's ever seen and I want to put it up on YouTube. That was my goal. I'm going to make something that no one's ever seen and I'm going to put it up on YouTube. If kids want to cuss they should use kid-friendly cuss words like butt cheese and poopy breath and you know, booger brains. Cheese and crackers. You know. Or better yet, make up your own cuss word. It's not a real word, you know. Yeah. I know I'm like pop by the sailor mouth over here, but you know, I gotta… Just saying, like, yeah, I know. That's when kids get their first taste of how unfair life is. But how come a grown-ups can cuss, because we can,'re older? Well that's not fair. That's life. That's life. You think that's not fair? Wait till you're older. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a- Now but take time and enjoy being a kid. Don't be in a rush to grow up. Yeah. The happier you are as a kid, the more well-adjusted you'll be as an adult. That's just a fact. 20 minutes should be the perfect amount of time to cook that. They'll get everything. And like I'll check on it periodically, just to see how it's doing. Because that's important when you're cooking, you don't want it to burn. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? You like, your breath smells like poopy and you eat butchies for breakfast. No, I'm just kidding. Uh… But I don't know how this pie can taste, but I think it's going to taste good. We're definitely going to eat oven mince to get it out of the oven for sure. Now normally when you make a pizza pie you make it with like pizza dough so adding pie crust is kind of weird. but if it actually turns out decent and you can actually cut into it dig a slice out and eat it then I'm happy Even if it falls apart just a little bit you can always eat it like a casserole I guess You know that's not a problem But that's why I put the pepperoni on first is so it have like some sort of solid base to hold that pie together. That's precisely why I put pepperoni on first, because the pepperone is a bit more solid and the pie crust is kind of crumbly, even when it bakes, so you know, you get a good solid foundation on it. Maybe it'll stay together. Just maybe. Hmm. I should go check up on it real quick. Not bad, not bad. We got 12 minutes left to go and it's not looking too bad. Not smelling too bad either, I don't tell you what. I'll tell if my vocal cover video uploaded before I delete it. It was processing at one point. It should have. And I'm pretty sure it did. And then we can get the pre-cooked video uploaded. uploaded I that it did that it did all right Let's see, yeah. Upload video. I don't want your coupon. Get away from me. up open monetization on when they whenever they see pre- cooking they're like oh hey he's doing a cooking video what is this what is this That cheese is not… melting over the top. We got 10 minutes left. Let's take a look at our pizza. Pizza pie, kind of… Let's take a look at our pizza. Pizza pie, kind of. What do you think, YouTube? How's that looking at 10 minutes left? Looking pretty good? Looking damn good, actually. I didn't have enough money to grab soda pop at the store but that's all right. I got some money on a prepaid card. Right here I could always go to the gas station to get some. One of those prepaid debit cards like you load it, use it one time and it's done kind of thing so I'm going to go and close this window now that we're not cooking. On the stool at least. I'm not cooking on the stove and it's not getting like, you know, we're smoky from the cooking or anything. Then, no sense that when I open. I'm not going to hide the smell of it. It's making my mouth water. I'm not going to hide the smell of its making my mouth water just a little bit. I can smell that ground cracker cross and then all the ingredients on top of it just simmering in a beautiful, beautiful pie. I ask you a question, you ever see pie like this before? Probably not. I think my only regret would be not putting like a little bit of cheese on top of the chips after crushing them on there but I'm not going to overthink it. Well, we got seven minutes until that pie is done cooking. Wally, wait. Let's snack up on a couple of these. The single-handedly, it's single-handedly the greatest snack chip ever invented, in my opinion. Not-show- cheese Doritos.– my opinion. Not show cheese Doritos. This here is a party-sized bag because you already know. This will last me a couple days. While we're cooking, let's get the snack in. Snack strong that is. Hmm. Not sponsor. Free advertisement baby. Mm-mm. knows, freedoms, what's your favorite chip? Well, are you a cool ranch fan? I like cool ranch Doritos, but Nacho cheese ones are my favorite. Delicious, cheesy crunch, the tantalizingly delicious taste of nacho cheese doritos. that logo. Well, I don't want to snack too much on them chips because we got to save room for our, um, or some of our pie. I'm going to put these up. Well, we got about five minutes left until the pie comes out of the oven. Again, I have no idea how this is going to taste. Hopefully it'll taste good, even if it doesn't taste good. I'm still going to eat it. Because, you know, going to eat it. Because, you know, four minutes, baby. Oh. Oh my god. You too? I'm trying not to brag, but that does smell pretty good. I'm not going to lie. Uh-huh. Oh, man. In LA looks good,'m not gonna lie. Oh man, it only looks good it smells good too. I think 20 minutes will be the perfect time for that. Shout out to healthy junk food. Simple cooking channel. Dane drops. Ken Domic. Joy World Tour. Report of the week. Shire to a reckless eating. Yeah, because, um… Well, this bacon, cheeseburger, pizza, potato, pie. Well, this bacon, cheeseburger, pizza, potato, pie. I don't know what else you call it a monstrosity of a mess because that's what it be. Also use our… Use the pizza cutter to cut with it to cut it's kind of… Because the ingredients are already soft, I don't think it's going to take too much effort to, um, cut that. Go ahead and serve it up in the take too much effort to cut that. Go ahead and serve it up in the dish that I baked it in. But we're going to have to take it out of the oven when it's done cooking and let it cool off before we cut into it. Yeah, buddy. I wanted a flavor note on that smell. I wanted my entire apartment to smell like that pie. So wanting the apartment to smell like the pie, I just got done throwing together. I closed the window. Mmm. Most people would stuff cherries, maybe blueberries, or pecans, or maybe banana cream, or apple, or strawberry. Most people stuff fruit, or pumpkin, into a pie, or pecans, or what have you. This is a, yeah, no, this isn't one of those pies. And I'll show you what it looks like when I take it out of the oven and set it down on a nice spot to cool off. I want to set it on my table over here to cool off so I can stare at it while it cools off like… Well, we got about 52 seconds left. It's just about 52 seconds left. It's just about done. Yeah. I'm going to turn the camera this way when it starts beeping so you can see me take it out of the oven. I'll turn the camera that direction so you can see me take it out of the oven. Because I'm going to need two hands for this operation. If you think this pie looks good give it a try. I'm about to try it for myself. Who knows man it might be delicious. Well maybe even chocolate or like sour cream and cheese filling kind of you know all right let's do it. Wow let's keep that kip that kip well no you know you know stay right there there we go. Turn the oven off. grab my trusty oven mitts. Now when you're taking stuff out of the oven, you don't want to burn your hands because that would hurt. So whenever you're taking hot stuff out of the oven, make you have a nice nice pair of oven mitts to keep your hands protected. Well, the crust came out golden brown. Some of that cheese bubbled and popped all over the top of it. I can't see I'm not happy with the way that turned out because I'm not going to lie YouTube but that looks pretty freaking good. I'll set that down with that cool off. a close up of this of this pie here look look at that YouTube doesn't that just look delicious and there's that crust which it did pack down a little bit although I think I've shit I think I was supposed to add butter to the crust before I might have goofed up I think I think I was supposed to add butter to the crust before baking it. I might have goofed up. I don't know. And we'll get over to go. It should be fine. I'm hoping, you know, like open the crust doesn't fall apart too bad and that sticks. I think it wants it cools off, it should be fine. All the grease from the meat might have acted like butter and did its job hopefully. That's what I'm hoping at least. But I want to cool off and we'll get to munchin on it here in a second. I'm surprised I'm not sponsored yet. Frido Lake hit me up. Now they probably won't sponsor me because I do a lot of smoking on my channel. And Frito lays a family-friendly company. So even though eating too much doritos can cause diabetes, they still wouldn't sponsor me because I smoke. And they're a family friendly company. Just stop for one second and picture the irony of it. You could go your whole life stuff in your face with dreidos chips, gaining a shit ton of weight, getting diabetes, lose a foot, but they won't sponsor you because smoking is bad for you and they're our family friendly company right to eat junk food but you don't want to eat too much of it. Moderation is key. You eat too much sugar and get diabetes you could lose your foot and that's not fun. So yeah as tasty as as sort of pop and sugar and junk food is you got to be smart with that. You know, it keeps your foot from falling off? Healthy food. Your vegetables and your meats and your potatoes. I'll tell you what, when I was a kid, I did not like broccoli or Brussels sprouts when I was a kid. But now that I'm adult, they're delicious. You know, you cook them in some olive oil and a little bit of butter, put some cheese on top, there you go. And plus when you eat more healthy you'll feel better you'll have more energy. Wait a minute. Why are we encouraging kids to eat healthy? They already have enough energy. I'm kidding. That was a joke. Calm down. Don't get your raven feathers in a ruffle. Who the… Ha ha ha. Are you doing talk about eating healthy? Have you seen some of the burgers you've made? Yeah, I know it's a tad but hypocritical of me to say but the whole point of making those ridiculous bacon cheeseburgers that I make is the recipes are like a one-time thing and I want to see how it turns out and filming it just because of how ridiculously unhealthy it is and And putting it on camera for your entertainment. Some people get it, some people don't. You might be asking yourself why the heck would you put chocolate covered cherries on a bacon cheeseburger the wrong with you? The fudge is wrong with you. I don't know what the fudge is wrong with you. I don't know what the fudge is wrong with you. The fudge is wrong with you. I don't know what the fudge is delicious, but not exactly nutritious. I only want to think about how many calories are in this pie. I really don't. And quite frankly, I don't care. I don't care. I want to cut it into serving slices. And then I want to try to get a fork and spoon up a piece. This is pizza you have to eat with the fork, unfortunately, because of the gram cracker crust. But that's all right. I'm not going to eat or make anything out. I'm not going to make any other food until that's gone. That way I'm not wasting it. But if this pie is really good, I have a feeling that it's not going to go to waste. Even if it isn't very good, I'm still not going to waste it. Because there are starving children all over the world who go days without eating food, days without eating a cookie, let alone a simple bag of chips. So, that's just a mess, dude. And that's really the saddest part about war other than the casualty is that if you live in a war-torn country, man, you know, you're bringing your children into that kind of thing. Adults are panicking and protecting their children because other adults are being meanies, basically. And, um… It's kind of sad, actually, and I wish I could do more to help, but… I barely make enough money to take care of myself. And, you know, and that's just, it sucks because I want to help, but I can't. You know, so when you can't help financially speaking, you know, metaphorically and spiritually speaking, be humble and be grateful because some people don't have it so good, you know. And it sucks when people don't have it good, you know? But some people don't make the right decisions in life. So sometimes people are homeless because they don't make the smartest decisions in life. And sometimes they're homeless because it's just life, it's shit, you know, it's crap sometimes, so you make the best of it. And you'd be grateful for what you have because sometimes, you know, life's not always going to be peachy and yeah. That's the thing of it too, man. Like these kids that can't eat because they live in war-torn countries, they don't even have toys to play with. No coloring books to color. And they have to worry about their mom and dad staying alive because of how bad the situation is. So, you know, if you're a kid and you get told no because you can't have a candy bar and you're at the store throwing a huge fit, you know, you really, some of these kids aren't old enough to realize that it's not that bad. You know, kids who live in a Western society have it a lot better than than some people you know but I want to grab some more water I'll be right back I hope the crust stays together if it doesn't then I'm going to end up with a huge plop of a mess. But all you can do is try sometimes you too. It looks like I cooled off and have a cut into it. It looks like I cooled off and have I could cut into it. I'll take a sip of some water and we'll set the camera down so you can watch me cut into it. There we go. Let's give it, let's give it a cut. And that's the thing of it too is some kids think they have it so difficult because their parents said no, oh wow. And of course kids are going to get to that age where they fight with their parents as part of being a teenager. But that time will pass. You'll grow to appreciate your parents when you're older and out of the house. I think the most difficult time for our parents would be the terrible twos and the teenage years. You know, you picture your kid being little and that's the thing of it. They don't stay that little forever. So enjoy it while it lasts. Some parents don't even want to think about it, like shut up, I don't want to think about it right now. So what I want to do here is just cut it into four big pieces. I mean it could be more finicky and cut it again. But… I'm pretty much the only one eating it at this point. So… Yeah, let's be a bit more finicky and let's cut it into some more pieces. No, it's not. Let's just not waste any more time. Let's get into it. All right, so………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… All right so we got some Graham Cracker crust on the table here hold on a second the phone fell over and picked that up all right I'll go out a plate I'll be right back All right, so let's let's put a now we got a fresh clean plate. Let's get some of this under a plate and just see how it does. I like coming up I like YouTube I like coming up with my own recipes and just cooking it and seeing how it easier to scoop out. If it crumbles into pieces I'm not going to get mad because that just seems kind of pointless. Yep, I knew this was going to happen. seems kind of pointless. Yep, I knew this was gonna happen. Well, the crust didn't stay together. I probably should have… Damn it! Damn it! The bottom of the crust just completely fell apart. Son of a bitch. But that's part of cooking YouTube. It's trial and error. You learn how to cook and, you know… Maybe I should have put some margarine or some butter on the crust and then let it settle. I mean the concept of it was a good idea, don't get me wrong. But, um… Yeah, they didn't stay together like I thought it would was going to unfortunately. That's all right though, you too. We're still going to eat it. So I don't know, I'm notorious for messing up on my cooking videos. Well YouTube I'll give myself props for trying it. It's an original recipe. Um, like I said, I'm not sure how it's gonna taste, but I'm gonna put the rest of this in the fridge for later. Just have ourselves a slice of it now. Dog on it, that sucks. Live and let learn, I suppose, as the age-old expression goes. And of course, I make a humongous mess on my table, getting all these grandcracker crusts everywhere. Uh, what do you do, you too? That's part of the learning experience. I'm not really somebody who bakes pies, I make burgers and pizza, so… I'm sure there was a step somewhere that I was supposed to do when I completely forgot or didn't know, you know. I'm not really somebody who bakes pies, I make burgers and pizza, so…, I mean, the pie crust was sent to me by a fan in a care package, so I'm kind of like, you know, hey, let's go to the grocery store, get some ingredients, and use some of the food that was sent to me in a care package, and let's make something with it. All right, let's go sit down at the desk and try this out. That's what I have to say you too. That's what I have to say. That's what I have to say, YouTube is son of a pickle-licking-tod toad sniffing butt cheese. Well, this is what the final product looks like. Some of the crust might have been encased in all the cheese and the meat and potatoes, but the stuff on the outside pretty much just collapsed as soon as I tried to, hmm. But that's alright, we're still going to eat it because you never know it might taste good. Hmm. Yeah. The pie cross not be good. Let's go ahead and cut into it. Hmm. I don't think we can cut into it. I don't think we can cut into it. Let's just take a bite out of it. apart. This is pretty good. I mean if you do the steps necessary to keep that crust intact when you bake it so it doesn't crumble apart, then this would actually make a pretty decent pie. I'm not going to lie. Well, a bit of a cooking disaster, but it still tastes good. Well, a bit of a cooking disaster, but it still tastes good. I should have taken some like melted butter and some mixed egg and like whisked it up and then placed the inside of the egg and the butter and all over the inside of the pie and then put the ingredients and then baked it up. and all over the inside of the pie and then put the ingredients on top and then baked it. Then the egg and the butter would have cooked into the crust and made it more solid. I think that's what you're supposed to do. I'm not entirely sure. Don't quote me on it. Like I said, I'm on a pie maker, but here you go, YouTube. look at this shit look at the shiznet look at this shizet you believe this now to be honest I've had worse cooking disasters when you are a single person who cooks for themselves even if you're not single like if you're a single person who cooks for themselves even if you're like if you're not used used to cook you're not used to cook. like if you're a single person who cooks for themselves, even if you're not single, like if you're not used to cooking, that's life, dude. You're not going to be good at it the first time you try. Cooking is something you have to learn, much like riding a bike. You know what I'm saying? But this tastes pretty good. You know, if you want, if you actually did the steps right to make the crust more solid, this is to make a decent pie for sure. But yeah, that's part of the learning process, you know. I mean, I can't complain because it's food for one and two, it tastes good, so… Mmm. So you can get the cross section of it. Right there you can see that cross section, all the beef and the bacon and the chips. It's like having desserts and dinner at the same time. Look out. I'll look out. Mmm. Other than messing up on the pie crust, as far as not cooking it right, this turned up pretty good. Mmm. Definitely an interesting recipe for sure. Um………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… It's going to take a while to upload to my desktop, but that's all right. Like I said you can't say it's not an original. Well I cleaned the plate that's how you know it's good. Hmm. Yeah I think yeah that's the only thing I forgot to do was make the crust a bit more solid. Anything I forgot to do was make the crust a bit more solid. Which I'm sure there would have been a couple of ways to make that pie crust more solid so that when you baked it and cut into it, it'd come out like pie slices. But that's all right. I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles. Or in this case, that's how the pie crust crumbles. I was like, yeah, watch. I've heard of crummy pizza but that just takes it to a whole new level get it because the pie crumbs. Oh. I've heard of crummy pizza but that just takes it to a whole new level get it because the pie crumbs. Oh. But you said you're only doing one bad joke for the video. Oh I lied, I did too. No, but all jokes aside, that was actually not too bad. The taste combination was good. You think the Graham Cracker Cracker crust with everything would just be weird. But it adds a sweetness to the flavors and if I would have done the necessary steps to make it more solid that would have been a more solid recipe but other than that yeah of course if you're more of a if you're more of an expert on cooking, that's the thing of it too, is I'm not an expert on cooking. I'm not. I have all these awesome ideas for recipes, but no cooking experience whatsoever. And when people, you know, talk smack smack in the comment section, you know. It's like Chef Gordon Ramsey made a mistake in the kitchen and they're riding his coat tails about it, you know. And I'm sitting here like, no, dude, I'm not that level of professional when it comes to cooking, you know. But, um, Yeah. I'm still gonna get eaten up here. That's not going away. So, it's good eats. Sometimes in life things never work out the way we plan. And that pizza that I just made is a perfect example. I had this vision of cutting into it and grabbing a slice out, having it stay in one piece and be able to eat it with a fork and oh so good but yeah that's all right the recipe tasted good nonetheless it smelled good when it came out of the oven really like I said literally the only complaint I had about that recipe was it didn't… I forgot to make the crust. See, I didn't know. I thought you just throw in the oven with some pie filling and bake it and there you go. There's got to be like a step you're supposed to do. I think you're supposed to add like melted butter and a little bit of mixed up egg and like line the pie crust on the inside and bake it with your pie filling. But don't quote me on that. I'm not sure. I'd have to look it up or maybe someone in the comment section can let me know. But yeah, if you know how to make pies that are more solid and you want to try that pie, you know, the ingredients were not the problem. that's the size of what was going down. out the video here. If you like the cooking videos even though they're kind of a disaster, subscribe for more, you know. That's the thing of it is if you're literally at the same cooking level that I am, you're learning with me. And even though the pizza was kind of a disaster disaster I showed you all how to make delicious french fries so and that's another thing too is like I'm not going to focus on the only negative thing about this cooking video which was like I said the pie cross fell apart that's the only negative thing in this entire cooking video everything else dude Any other ideas for cooking videos like burgers or pizzas? I'll put them up on the channel. You already know. Yep. Well, another cooking video come and gone. on. And like some of the pre- cooks probably gonna. That pre-cooked video is probably going to upload to YouTube before the actual Pizza Pie video does. stuff people want to see like you're mixing a pie crust and using you know the concept was good it tasted good it would have been perfect if you know like I said that the crust would have stayed together but I'm not going to overthink it that's just a learning curve I'm sure there's plenty of instructional videos on YouTube and how to cook the perfect pie crust so it doesn't fall apart as soon as you try to cut into it. Maybe I should have let it sit in the fridge before eating some of it. That might have helped. Eh. More than likely, probably not. No one, or what I know about cooking, I'm sure I missed a step somewhere that would have made that more of a likelihood. But that's okay, that's part of life. You live and you let learn. Well, anyways, tubes, if you like the dink recipe, give it a try. Despite, like I said, despite the pie crust falling apart, that still tasted pretty good. And I know for a fact, there's got to be some way to bake that crust with the ingredients so it doesn't fall apart. And I might have missed that step somewhere, but that's all right. That's all right. Boom. Pizza pie.
