What? What? What nonsense is this? Well, I discovered Post Malone because of Ozzy Osborne, so… I figured let's do a burger, yeah. Post Malone came out with his own… Durritos. But yes YouTube we are back in the sack cominette you like a hot attack boom. We're about some attempt to make a hot attack. boom. We're about some attempt to make an interesting bacon cheeseburger just say the least. Not quite sure how it's gonna turn out, but I got the ingredients, let's put it together. Let's sit here and, um, Hmm. I'm a little bit tipsy works for you right here right here but I have a cooking video on the cooking video on the works for you right now I have a cooking video on the works for you right here right now I want to make some delicious I want to make some deliciousness. Now when we got this burger done, YouTube, when we got this burger done, YouTube, when we got this to your burger done, we got this here burger done, we got a hat to put on them while we eat it. It's not this hat, but it's a hat. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. We're gonna make a bomb-ass cooking video. Yes, sir. Yep yep. Now every good patty melt starts off with two slices of Texas toast. I don't care who you are, that's just how I roll. You can add whatever toast you want. Whatever bread you want for this. That to use for this that's your choice But I want to grab two slices of Texas toast And I'm gonna toast them up for a patty melt I got a bowl here for mixing up some sauce for our burger. I don't want to bother with seasoning. Yeah. Not really. Or you could if you wanted to. or you could if you wanted to. Right now you too we're going to focus on in this burger recipe. So, I'm going to take our two slices of Texas toast and we're going to drop them in the pan like so and then periodically flip them as needed. We'll periodically flip them as needed. as needed. Yep. I might add like a little bit of seasoning to the burger paddy but that's about it. We're making a post Malone paddy melt and we're going to use the flame and hot Malone durritos as one of our ingredients. Now I would recommend using a spatula for this next portion but I'm balsy enough. I'm just like, hey. sandwich bread to be toasted to perfection. This is what I strive to achieve when making my paddy melts YouTube. It's having that perfect toasted bread. All right, you don't want your bread. Now if I got grease, sometimes I'll toast the bread and grease. That's always a nice touch. Don't have enough grease in the pan to toast it up, but that's all right. They'll start assembling our burger and getting it ready. a burger I'm a little bit tipsy but I'm doing just enough alcohol to have a good time without being too drunk to cook this so there's that There's just about lightly toasted enough to be a pannie mount. Just about. Got the phone on airplane mode right now so I can film this here cooking video. Flaming hot lomon doritos. There's some cheater cheese because post-Malone we're making that cheater. You know, this, uh, yeah, this burger is going to be interesting. I'm not quite sure how it's going to turn it out, but we'll see All right now. I'm just kidding the Yeah, this side is looking beautifully toasted This side is looking piece right here looking perfect. Now when I toast the buns you see right there that perfect toast action right there. That's what you're looking for when you're making a patty melt on both sides. Lightly toasted in the middle. All right, these are perfectly toasted just about. This side has got a nice toasted crisp on both sides. Plus, you're to toast it in grease, this is what I look for in my patty melts. I'm going to toast this side for a little bit longer and then we're going to throw in our burger patty or bacon. We'll start assembling this here burger, making a dink-ass patty or bacon and we'll start assembling this here burger making a dink-ass patty melt yeah a little bit longer I'm waiting for that to toast up, I'm going to grab the burger patties. We have some great value, pure, 100% pure beef patties, 80% lean, 20% fats, use whatever beef patties, you feel comfortable with you then. But yeah. That's perfectly toasted on both sides. Beautiful. All right. Now that our bread is perfectly toasted on both sides. Now we're going to add a beef pan. There's a reason why you want to toast your bun first. Just trust me on this, you toast your bun first, it's going to make your time that assembly go a lot quicker. Now to the top of our beef patty we're going to add some meat seasoning. A little bit of pain county rust all meat seasoning. Yeah let's go ahead and sprinkle some of that on the top. Peal that paper off. Drop it seasoned side down first. Yeah, we're going to throw a little bit of that seasoning on top of the burger paddy. Watch out. And I'll be right back. However with the bread, just checking up on the wands, they're looking good. The wands are looking real good. Checking up on my recent batch. However, let's go ahead and flip this burger paddy. Just like that. Beautiful. Microwave it to the cheese is a ooey gooey and then we're going to assemble it. bullets. Yep. All right. Back into the kitchen for this bitchin' bacon cheeseburger. But not too much longer. and we're going to start assembling this bacon cheese burger onto the plate and I got the bunslay down Going for a nice medium rare texture on my burger so I'm not going to cook it for too much longer. Now this bacon's going to cook up real nice like, and all the bacon's cooking up, we're going to have to add sushi rolls on it. But we're going to add the wasabi sauce to the top of the sushi directly. Because in my honest opinion, YouTube, this sushi company, they make good sushi. This is the, uh, bonsai, California rolls. Now, bonsai sushi company makes really good sushi. You can get it at Walmart, thawed and eat it on the go, it's quick. You know, if you don't got time to make authentic sushi, then the next best thing, right? But yeah, we're gonna have some California rolls to it. This bacon just smells fucking delicious dude. I'm ready to flip it before we start making our sauces. Our sauce for the burger. Yep, let's flip it real quick. It's been seasoned on both sides just right. See how we're going to… Right now I got the heat on a nice medium heat. I let it warm up before I started cooking…. Let's make the sauce for this burger. We're eating a bowl, an avocado, soy sauce, and I have some horse radish. There it is. All right. So we have our avocado and we're going to cut it in half. Okay, there we go, beautiful. Now we've got the avocado cut in half. Let's go ahead and we're simmer while we make our sauce. So now our avocado sauce is going to consist of… stuff. And there we go, we'll just squeeze it in there. We'll squeeze it in there. Because people in Los Angeles, you too. People in Los Angeles are really big about their avocado, so… So. Go ahead and squeeze in some avocado there. Beautiful. Hmm. The avocado is still good. So now we're going to add to our fresh avocado, we're going to add some soy sauce. Mmm, that's good avocado. soy sauce in some horse radish. There we go. There we go. Now to the, to the, to the, uh, avocado, we're going to add, I want to add both packets. Which is the one packet that we have left. Yeah, got like one packet left. So like a little bit of soy sauce. Oh wait. Uh-huh. I'm going to hurry to cook this video real quick and cook up this food. So we're going to add both soy packets to the guacamole okay I'm thinking of it, you too. This pack did come with wasabi, but that's not enough wasabi, in my opinion. So we're going to save that for the top of the sushi when we assemble the burger. Right now we've got our avocado and our soy sauce. They want to grab some of this extra hot horse radish. And we're going to add a little bit of that horse radish into our avocado. I need a fork to mix it so it's kick a nice little healthy dollop of horse rannish there. Beautiful. Get a nice healthy dollop of horse rannish. And then we're going to mix the avocado and the soy sauce and the horse radish. Kind of mix it around. You're going to take our fork here. Yeah, there we go. Mix it around. This can also be a great dipping sauce for sushi for chips. We're taking that a horse radish and we're mixing it around with the avocado and the soy sauce. And essentially we just made an American version of Wasabi sauce. If you can't get wasabi sauce in a bottle, then you can make your own American version. You add some soy sauce, some horseradish, and some guacamole. And you mix it together. Nice healthy amount. I'm looking for. It looks very similar to wasabi. It smells similar to wasabi. All right. I want to lick the fork and see how it tastes. Who we have? That's good. That's the perfect amount of wasabi. It's enough till I give it… Oh, sorry, I meant to say that's the perfect amount of horse radish. the guacamole and the yeah the combination of the soy sauce the guacamole and the horse radish that's definitely an Americanized version of wasabi sauce that's gonna be the spread for our bacon cheese burger here just post post Malone panny melt of sorts all sorts all sorts of meat of sorts all sorts of sorts all sorts of meal out of post Malone pani melt of sorts all right there's our mixed sauce all right We've had this stove on simmer for a minute just until the heat kind of cools down a little bit. After flipping the bacon, giving it a quick flip, it's definitely cooked. It's definitely cooked all the way through. Like you're nice and chewy. They're not crispy. So if you like chewy bacon, this is how you do it. Beautiful. These pieces look ready for the burger. Oh yes. can be turned off. All right so we're going to take the camera back over here for a second and we're going to assemble our post Malone Bacon cheeseburger. All right we've got our sauce. All right so right now we're doing pretty good YouTube. We got our sushi on the ready We got the bacon the burger all of us looking delicious Let's grab a click close-up. You see the bacon? our patties our sauce. Yeah Yeah. All right. So now, we need some cheese, because it wouldn't be a cheeseburger without some cheese. So we're going to grab some sliced medium shedder. Right quick, that bacon is cooked up proper., not too chue., right quick. That bacon is cooked up proper. Not too crispy, not too chewy, somewhere in the middle. Very nice. All right so we want to get this cheese opened up. There it goes. Beautiful. Beautiful YouTube. So right now YouTube we're making the post Malone patty melt. I'm going to go ahead and stick that sliced cheddar on top of that patty., we're making the post Malone patty melt.. We're going to go ahead and stick that sliced cheddar on top of that paddy. We're going to add our bacon to the top and then we're going to add another piece of cheddar cheese on top of that bacon. Let's see how we got a, hold on a second, see how we got an X going right there at the bacon. We're going to add another piece to the top of that. And we're going to crisp cross the bacon and look at that all right so to the top of that we're going to add one more cheese piece all more piece of that shedder right on top of our second layer of bacon just like that shedder right on top of our second layer of bacon just like that. Now before we add the sushi to it and we're going to add chips. So we're going to need some of those post Malone Doritos. So we're going to need some of those post Malone Doritos. I want to take that cheese slice off for a second. On top of our second layer of bacon, we're going to add the post Malone Doritos to that second layer of bacon. It's going to give it a nice delicious crunch. YouTube. You've already seen the review on these, these chips are delicious. Oh yeah. Oh yeah, now we got our chips stacked on top of there. Go and close them up. All right, now we're going to take that slice of cheese that we had before. Kind of crush it down just a little bit so that… Mm-hmm. Yeah. This is definitely going to be a tasty burger. Go ahead and tuck all those chips underneath the cheese and that bacon. underneath the cheese and that bacon. or beef or bacon or cheese or chips. All right so this part is going to go in the microwave so we can get it ready for our final assembly. I made this burger with ingredients you can find at Walmart in case you're interested in making it. And then we don't need this anymore so we're going to go ahead and get rid of that. All right, so we're going to take our wasabi sauce that we got that came with the sushi and we're just going to squeeze it all over the top of our sushi and then we're going to use that that's avocado soy sauce mixed with horse radish. We're going to use that for our top bun ourselves YouTube. Yeah. This is the idea I had for a bacon cheeseburger. Hmm. I guess we'll see won't we? Now, like I said, they don't include very much with Sabi on the, with the sushi. You pretty much, you get as much as the package will allow. But I'm going to take the wasabi that's in this package and try to spread in a nice, nice, nice even amount to the top of the sushi pieces. Oh yeah! Oh yeah! Oh yeah! That wasabi……. Oh yeah!……… Oh yeah! that wasabi is a spicy son of a bitch. All right. The wasabi is a little bit spicier than the horse radish. But I noticed that horse radish, horse radish and wasabi, are similar in heat. So… horse radish and wasabi are similar in heat so And like they don't have bottled wasabi sauce at Walmart. So But to make the next best thing use some avocado some horse radish and some soy sauce you know sauce, you know. Oh, YouTube, this burger is looking just beautiful. So now the sandwich. We're going to take our avocado mixture. This is a mixture of avocado, soy sauce, and a little bit of horse radish to kind of mimic wasabi. Hmm. I mean, yeah, horse radish. Yeah, horse radish. It's a kind of mimic wasabi. Hmm. Yeah, horse radish. It's spic. to kind of mimic Wasabi. Mmm. I mean, Yeah, horse radish is spicy enough on its own. But, wasabi might be a little bit spicier. But honestly, mixing the avocado, mixing avocado,.vocato with horse radish and soy sauce. Mmm, that's a really delicious combination dude. Mm. Now some sushi comes with avocado to begin with, so this is why I picked the avocado for this burger. Do a nice healthy gob on there. go on to waste. So I want to go ahead and eat this real quick. Yep, that horse radish. Whoo shit, that horse radish is that horse radish is adding a nice kick to the avocado. Like the flavor of the flavor. like the flavor of the avocado and the flavor of the horse radish and like a hint of soy sauce. That's good. Like if you want to make wasabi sauce but you don't have the actual ingredients. Next best thing, you take some avocado, some fresh avocado and you mix it with some horse radish and a little bit of soy sauce. The flavor profile on that is decadent. Spicy, savory, delicious. And at this point I know what you're thinking. Why Cobra? Why would you do this? Because I can. Because I discovered post Malone listening to Ozzy Osbourne. So, I'm like, to cook and make for ages. At least the last couple of days. combination of avocado sure how this was going to taste but avocado avocado avocado mixed with horse radish and a little bit of soy sauce oh you too mmm this tastes pretty much just like wasabi only not as spicy and then there's a different flavor profile to it's a different flavor and there's a different flavor profile profile to it. just like wasabi only not as spicy. And then there's a different flavor profile to it. But this is as close to wasabi as you're gonna get without getting it out of the bottle. Oh, you too. I'm licking the bowl clean, that's how good this combination right here. The avocado, the horseradish, and a splash of wasabi on top of the sushi, and then like a splash of soy sauce. Yeah. Seriously, if you've not mixed avocado with horse radish and a little bit of soy sauce, you're missing out. That kind of mimics horse radish in a similar way, but the flavor profile is so much different. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. Yeah. That's tasty. It's gonna be a spicy burger YouTube. Let me give you a close-up of it before we sandwich it. Now here's our avocado mixture. We got the fresh avocado with soy sauce and horse radish. And then over here we got our sushi, our California rolls, with the wasabi on top of each roll, looking all kinds of tasty. Like I said that avocado horse radish soy sauce mixture is delicious All right, so let's go ahead and just Plop it on there just like that Okay, that's a good-looking burger Now we're gonna flip it upside down just for a second. Oh, oh, up. We're going to let it cool off. So the bottom bun absorbs most of the grease when you're making a patty melt. So we flip it over right side up. So that way, that way the bottom bun has time to cool off. This is why I use Texas toast for my paddy melt, YouTube, because it's thick. You want a nice thick bread and you're doing a paddy melt like this. Mm-hmm. This, this bacon cheeseburger looks beyond delicious YouTube. I wasn't sure how the avocado was going to taste with horse radish and a slight kick of the soy sauce, but… honestly that combination tastes pretty good. It makes very nice wisabi substitute which tastes pretty close to actual wisabi but not quite the flavor profile is a little bit different and the reason why I added avocado to this burger is because the post Malone Gerido is they have that lemon lime fiesta taste you know I figured the avocado would kind of accentuate that taste and what have you so I'm gonna set this burger down by my computer And yeah, we'll get the camera set up here. Just about down filming another day cooking with Cobra dayments. And… And… YouTube, that burger went exactly as planned. That's always nice when a cooking video goes according to plan. cooking video goes according to plan. So YouTube we're going to go ahead and set the camera down for a second. Now we're going to let this delicious monstrosity cool off the top bun is still pretty warm but it's now the bottom bun because you flipped it upside down. Now the burger is upside down. I flip my burger's upside down before eating them so that way the top bun becomes the bottom bun etc. etc. all that grease from the bacon and the burger is going to absorb into your bottom bun. You let it cool off just a bit before you eat it, it stays together better. So I want to let this delicious looking bacon cheeseburger cool off before we eat it. I'm not going to lie YouTube. My mouth is watering just looking at this. I'm like dude. It's got bacon, it's got avocado, it's got soy sauce, it's got horse radish, sushi, and oh you may think, oh my God Cobra, that looks so gross, but you know what? That right there's my attempt at a post Malone, cheese burger. You know, because people out in Los Angeles are very big into sushi. And they also love avocado. So I'm like, people in California love sushi. They love avocado. Let's put the two of them together on a burger. My inspiration for this burger is simply this. Los Angeles and post Malone. That's the inspiration for this burger. You got the post Malone Gerido is on there. You too. We got ourselves a cooking video. I want to let it cool off a bit before we munch into it. Yeah, because that burger is fresh off stove. There's a reason why I microwaveaved the cheese before putting the sushi on so that way the cheese melted all over the burger paddy before I put it you know this should be an interesting burger to say the least. Excuse me, I don't have a smell of it real quick. Oh yeah, a bit of a smoker's cough going, but honestly, that burger smells fucking delicious. It looks good. My mouth's watering. I'm like, ohhh. There are about 16 seconds left on the microwave and that microwave that microwave was pretty powerful. So if you melt your… you know this is why I prefer using a microwave to melt the cheese onto my burger patty. It's because you're not creating a bunch of cheese stuck onto your burger pan. You go to make a burger on your grill or on your pan. Then you put the cheese slice on top of your burger. The cheese melts and then you get the cheese stuck onto your burger. And it goes to being stuck onto your burger too, stuck on your grill, stuck on your pan. You know, it makes it less messy. Like the only thing I have in my pan right now is grease from cooking that bacon and the beef. I mean, this is certainly a weird-ass burger, but it's not the weirdest I've created. Right now I'm uploading a video where I woke up. I'm like, let's have a drink, quick video. And after I made that video, I'm like, let's make this video. I have no idea how this burger is going to taste. It looks and smells good. It's got ingredients that I like, so hopefully it tastes good. Even if it doesn't, I'm still going to finish it. You know. But you'll be the first to hear it. How is this weird asburger you've created, tasted? Wow. It's got sushi on it, it's got horseabi, avocado, horseradish, soy sauce, all kinds of deliciousness. Wow.
