Josh and sexuality is a prickly, uncomfortable topic that is simultaneously the lynchpin of KingCobraJFS' personality and something he continuously attempts to separate himself from.

Josh has a very particular type when it comes to women. Hot, of-age, biologically female, alive, non-related, consenting, and goth. Especially goth. What Josh determines as hot can be very arbitrary, as Josh thought THIS was attractive enough to smash. Much else of Josh's stipulations - Of-age, alive, non-related, consenting, etc., are self-explanatory. Curiously, despite specifying “biologically female” before, one of his favorite cam girls is Blaire White, a male-to-female transgender camgirl.

Josh seems to hold a love-hate relationship with women, both wanting to be with them but also holding numerous extremely sexist viewpoints similar in nature to involuntary celibate rhetoric, viewing them as the lesser gender.

The best way to describe Josh's relationship when it comes to men is in his relationship with Warlord: While it is clear that he is uncomfortable with an openly gay man who at least partially fancies him, he will still at least attempt to maintain a level of cordial, albeit distanced, relation with him.

Josh will routinely go through phases of being asexual in an attempt to cope with his extremely lonely lifestyle. These typically do not last long, and are often memory-holed once he sees an attractive female.

Josh has a long and storied past when it comes to sex toys. Josh has been sent sex dolls and fleshlights in the mail to assist with his dry spells, and will go through a fairly clean-cut cycle with these objects: Josh will get it, he will say he doesn't need them, he'll use them anyway, Josh gets disgusted with himself for using the toy, and he'll subsequently destroy it, sometimes in an especially ghastly manner.

Presumably, Josh is so straight that he refuses to even look at another man's reproductive organs, or he's associated looking at them with a certain traumatic experience.
Josh also seems to have a fart fetish, as during The Gothic Dee Feud a Trole would send Josh a video of a goth chick in spandex farting, to which Josh simply replied “Damn, that was kinda hot”.

Given the nature of many of his videos, including “the secret video” during The Gothickingcobra52 Saga where he would masturbate to completion before talking as he did in many other videos uploaded to more mainstream uploading services, Josh is something of an exhibitionist. This can be further exemplified by the fact that he let Jessica make a sex tape of the two of them.

Speaking of Jessica, it is at least alleged by her that Josh enjoys choking his partner during intimate relations, although this was said post-breakup, making it hard to discern if the statement is true or not.
